This villa is great for a couple or small family. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television, and has access to the bathroom in the hallway.
Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area, this well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site.
New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped, and easy walking distance to Harbour Town playground and Harbour Town shopping and dining.
Sea Pines is a gated community and your rental will include a gate pass for as long as you stay. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails.
Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons, and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon.
Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. The trolley stops right in front of the villa. Countless other services and activities are offered within the plantation or are an easy drive away.

Our family of two adults and two young children had a great time here. We have been to Hilton Head many times before, but had never stayed in Sea Pines, which we now much prefer to the Forest Beach area. The villa is attractive and well kept, and we were thankful for it's ground floor location. The lagoons supplied us with sightings of great blue herons, turtles, and an alligator. The pool was well sized and very clean. The Sea Pines Beach Club is 1.5 miles away and can easily be reached by bicycle or trolley. South Beach is about 3.3 miles away by bicycle. Harbor Town is an easy 5 minute walk. The owner responded quickly to our inquiries which helped to facilitate our last-minute (we booked just two weeks in advance) vacation.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
