The house has two bedrooms (one king-size and one twin, bedded rooms) plus den/bedroom, and queen-size living room sleeper. We have two full baths, large living room, dining room, kitchen, and enclosed lanai under air, plus screened lanai with an in-ground heated pool. The home has been newly painted and furnished. We are located in the beautiful deeded community of Englewood Isles. It is a large corner property on a cul-de-sac across from a private canal.
We are located three miles from the pristine Gulf beaches of Manasota Key. You will also enjoy the many activities at Lemon Bay Park and Nature Preserve which is only one mile from the home. There are nature trails for walking, biking, fishing, and watching the many varieties of Florida wildlife, including bald eagles. More photos on request.
