With the ocean views and an easy walk just 4 blocks through a quiet neighborhood to the beach, as well as easy walk to downtown, this was a great place to stay for four "older" adults for a late October weekend. Very comfortable location, and even with neighborhood remodeling going on it was quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed! Thank you.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This is an awesome home..we had a great time here. The pictures do not do it justice...the views are breathtaking. We spent a week here with our son, his wife and our new grandson. The owners are genuine and available for any concerns. Our memories made here will last a lifetime. We frequently took the coastie train which was easily accessible just 2 miles north in Solano Beach. In Del Mar, we loved Bully's, Jimmy O's and En Fuego...the deli at the top of street was great as well...I would highly recommend this property....We are hoping to return in the future!

We are still dreaming about the views. We can't say enough about the hospitality and property. I wanted to do the dishes just so I could look out the window and enjoy the amazing view. Being walking distance from the beach was priceless so we didn't have to spend an hour trying to find a parking spot. I had the opportunity to walk the beach anytime I wanted. The house was large and clean with comfortable decorations. It was amazing and I want to come back. Our kids loved everything about the vacation to Del Mar.
