Built in 1994, this unit is on the first floor of the six-unit complex. The pool is just three steps from lanai door. Very private and quiet. You can enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi while you watch the boats pass through the canal. Very nicely equipped and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The master bedroom has a TV with cable. Bring or rent videos and DVDs as we have a VCR. Master bedroom has a whirlpool tub. Updated furniture and carpeting.
