WOW! This Clean and Spacious Condo features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops it is located in the Terrace at Pelican Beach a luxury highrise in the heart of Destin. It is the sister building to the Pelican Beach Resort and shares the same amenities and magnificent white sand beach. It is located on the beach side of Highway 98 directly across from the Big Kahuna Water Park.
Our two-bedroom condo is on the fifth floor, with a breathtaking view of the Ocean, lake and pool. The Terrace is set back from the beach approximately 250 yards; the pool and lake are just below providing you with a great opportunity to watch the family swim while relaxing on the balcony. Our condo can sleeps six guests. It has a king size bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom and there is a new queen sleeper in the family room. Our unit is very clean, comfortable and decorated for fun with fresh paint and new carpeting. The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped, hidden from sight there is a washer and dryer.
There are three TV's each with a DVD player. High-speed Internet access is provided in this unit. The dining area seats six at the table and three at the counter. The balcony stretches the width of the condo it can be accessed from both the Master Bedroom and the Family Room. It has a table and six restful chairs.
The amenities of Pelican Beach Resort make your vacation a truly memorable one. The Terrace has a beautiful pool with a Jacuzzi attached. Barbecue grills, and a great workout facility are adjacent to the pool. There is security at the entrance, covered parking, two tennis courts, and shuffleboard.
The Pelican Beach complex also offers a steam room and sauna, a baby pool, and an indoor/outdoor pool. A third pool with a waterfall and Jacuzzi overlook the beach. For that truly pampered feeling the Tiki bar serves drinks on a comfortable deck that overlooks the beach. You can have a sandwich made at “The Market.” Special kids activities are scheduled each day during the summer and a service called “Parents Night Out” is available for a fee by calling the front desk.
Located near the Terrace there are stores of all kinds, restaurants, and family fun activities. Winn-Dixie and the new Super Target are within walking distance if you need to stock up. Maybe deep-sea fishing is your thing. The boats leave every day and the catch is amazing.
For those that want to focus on the fun in the Sun we recommend Gold Coast Events. They will stock your cupboards with your favorite goodies before you arrive. Just let us know that you would like this service and we will put you in touch with a local shopper. She knows where the best products and prices can be found.

Ann and Ken, We had such a wonderful time at your condo! Everything was there that we needed down to the last detail. The beaches were impeccably clean and though there were jellyfish, the ocean was equally as beautiful. Thank you for sharing such a gem of a place for our family vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
