The apartment is also close to the business district of La Défense, and the conference centers of Kléber and Palais des Congrès. And finally, for those who are found of Tennis, Rugby and Football, the apartment is 10mn away by Métro from the mythical “Roland Garros” and “Parc des Princes” stadiums.

We live in this area where you can enjoy the authentic Paris vibe without the touristy aspect. The architecture of the chic buildings very "haussmannien" is like a painting when you walk down the streets. The overall life in the area is like a Village with real and not touristy Boulangerie, Fromagerie, Poissonnerie, Sommelier and outdoor "marchés". Typically Parisian neighborhood that you can feel and taste! The good news is that while you are staying in calm, you are also a couple of steps from the monuments, museums and all the Parisian activity to enjoy the discovery of this wonderful city.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio
The decor and amenities are such that you feel that you are staying in a Palace suite, in comfort and luxury. We have preferred to furnish the apartment in style, mixing the modern (Roche Bobois, Philippe Starck) with the authentic Louis XVI style, everything is chosen one by one, from trendy designers, upscale furniture stores and antique boutiques.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paris. Faycal was a pleasure to deal with and was very attentive to all of my e-mails & phone calls. The location is definitely a big advantage. This apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and 5 minutes from the Metro (subway). My wife & I were delighted to have both day & night picnics at the Champ De Mars park, literally feet from the Eiffel tower. At night, the Eiffel tower light show is displayed every hour on the hour & is a must do for any tourist. Get yourself a great bottle of French wine, set up a bed sheet on the grass, and enjoy the beauty of the light show. The apartment itself is wonderfully decorated. Everything was clean & in working condition. The inclusion of Wi-Fi & cable TV is a great addition as is the expresso machine. During mid-summer vacations, perhaps the apartment could benefit from a stand up Air-conditioner. Luckily, we were there during early spring & the weather was perfect during our stay. A fan was provided by Faycal & it was all we needed. I did a lot of research on VRBO for our Paris stay & have traveled around the world using the VRBO services. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The Paris Metro is very easy to use. I also highly recommend the L'open Tour (open top) buses. The rates are 44 Euro PP for the 3 day service & also includes the Seine river water bus service (Batobus) for 3 days as well. Paris must do's: Saint Chapelle & Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musee Armee, Musee Rodin, Paris catacombs, Pere Lachese cemetery (home to Jim Morrison & Chopin), picnic at Champ De Mars, the Eiffel tower, Seine River cruise, walking through Champ Elysee & Latin Quarter streets, and more.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
