Front deck accessable from Living Room and Master Bedroom. Front deck is oversized and provides partial cover and partial sun. Front deck has a partial ocean view. Located between Recreation Center 1 and Center 2 for easy access to either.
Both Rec Centers have heated pools and exercise room with lounge area and television.

I should have written this review a long time ago, but honestly, I'm greedy & didn't want any of you to actually know how beautiful this condo is and how accomodating the owner is. I say that because I don't want any of you to rent it when I want it and then I'll be out of luck! LOL Seriously though, I think we were one of Dave's very first renters way back when. We have rented this condo every time we have been to Florida since! The amenities at the complex (pools, movie theater, jacuzzis), the size of the unit, the beauty of the unit, and the views of the ocean are just a few of the reasons we keep coming back year after year!! Dave is always trying to improve the unit, whether it's a piece of new furniture or a new t.v. It's comforting to know that every time we stay, we know we can expect nothing but the best here!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this Oceanwalk Penthouse Condo for two weeks in March 2010 and had a wonderful time. The pictures and description are exactly what we found. We have been staying at Oceanwalk for about seven years and this was the best unit we have ever rented. The owner was efficient and helpful. We were looking for a quiet location with a view. The condo was that and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back...

We have stayed in New Smyrna beach many times and this was the best accommodations we have had. The owners are very easy to work with and pleasant. The condo is fantastic, large bedrooms and open kitchen living area. Very large out doors area off the great room. Short walk to the pools. would definitely stay there again. New Smyrna beach is a wonderful little community with plenty to do. Thanks Dave and Angie.

We had a great vacation at this condo. It was located well in the complex - easy to both pools - close to beach access (some of the buildings are much further). the condo was well appointed - comfortable, had everything needed. the owner was accomodating and easy to deal with. VERY spacious unit.
