The living room and basement each have a 52" plasma flat screen with Crestron controls, Master bedroom has a 42" flat screen, and the game room, separate gym, and master bath all have flat screens. The family fun basement has a "kids" living room, video gaming, a grand piano, foosball, ping pong table, pool table, full size dance dance revolution video arcade game, 1500-game arcade machine, darts, and separate access to the pool area. There is a large gas BBQ and dining area poolside as well. The spacious kitchen has a double oversized refrigerator and freezer, Viking double stove with 6 gas burners and a large griddle, prep sink, double dishwasher, wine chilled refrigerator, and a "cocktail" ice cube maker, a 13x5 foot island with seating for 6, plus a dining room table with seating for 10. There is an alarm if so desired to activate. Other amenities include outdoor hot water shower for after beach cleanup, surf boards, boogie boards, bicycles, beach towels, and much more.
