This unit is 1,300 square feet with two bedrooms, one bathroom, formal dining room, oversized kitchen and living rooms, bonus office/sitting room, one shared balcony and one private balcony. The high ceilings and many large windows give you plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the Southern California sunshine!
Retro chic decor combined with the character of 1927 construction brings this urban setting to a whole new level. We aim to make your stay as memorable as possible. The kitchen, bathroom, and dining room all have large built in cabinetry original to the building. This type of workmanship is no longer available. Drift back in time in our retro kitchen complete with checkerboard floor, swinging door, and refurbished 1930's O'keefe & Merritt stove with double ovens. Each bedroom features new mattresses and linens. The living room is tastefully decorated with a large leather couch, seagrass chairs, and a 32" flat screen television. Also included are two off street parking spaces. That is room for you and your friends!
Located three blocks to the beach, and walking distance to all that you could desire. Restaurants, shopping boutiques, vintage and antique stores, museums. Enjoy Bixby Park one block away, or Bluff Park overlooking the ocean three blocks away. Long Beach offers something for every taste, interest, and pocketbook.
If you are looking for nightlife enjoy the revitalized and vibrant Pine Ave. and The Pike in downtown Long Beach. As an alternative, a short drive to the Belmont Shore area and Second Street offer the small town charm of a village by the sea.
