This 1606 sq foot luxury condominium is an end unit on the top two floors. It comfortably handles 8 people. The living room has a lodge atmosphere including a gas fireplace. It has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen and 2.5 baths all have slate flooring and solid granite counter tops. There are three flat panel TVs with DVD players. The large kitchen has all the supplies you will need for cooking those family dinners- roasting pan, large crock pot, stock pot, serving dishes, spice rack and every gadget you could want. It has a built in microwave, double ovens and a gas stove top. Upstairs you will find a comfy game room outfitted with board games and card games. The laundry room has full sized, front loading washer and dryer.The master bedroom features hickory log furniture and a king size bed, a large bathroom, and it's own mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and bar sink. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a walk-in closet and large bathroom.
You can see Snowbasin and Wolf Mountain from the West deck and Powder Mountain from the East deck. Powder Mountain is still undiscovered with almost no lift lines. It has the best snow conditions we have seen in 35+ years of skiing with an average of 500 inches of snow per year and the largest skiable area in the country.

Why the Owner Chose Eden
We bought in this location after experiencing the incredible snow conditions. We have skied Colorado,California, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho, all excellent areas, but none compare to the powder that is normally found at Powder Mountain. We are also close to Snowbasin and Wolf Mountain. Snowbasin is an awesome area with world class food and lifts.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are around 50 hiking trails in the valley area. Hot Air Festival in August. The Pineview Reservoir for boating. Natural hot springs and scenery that will satisfy the photographers.
