Recently-built Boyne Mountain condominium. This condominium is (Ski-in / Ski-out) right on Boyne Mountain Resort in the Disciples Village Development. It can be rented as either a one-, three-, or four-bedroom unit depending on your needs.
The 1-bedroom / 1-bath unit is quite large and can accommodate up to (6) persons. It is furnished with (1 or 2)queen beds in the bedroom and a set of bunk-beds in the front family room. There is also a sleeper sofa.
The 3-bedroom / 3-bath unit can accomodate up to (10) persons. Two of the bedrooms have (2) queen beds in each. The master bedroom has a single king bed. There is also a sleeper sofa.
The 4-bedroom unit is the 1-bedroom and the 3-bedroom unit combined. This unit comes with two family room areas and two kitchens.
ENJOY AVALANCHE BAY (MICHIGAN"S LARGEST INDOOR WATERPARK)
Great fun for the kids and adults alike - The waterpark is only a short walk from the condo.
NEW LAST YEAR: Enjoy the Boyne Mountain Zip-Line Adventure. Sail through the trees at speeds of up to 25 MPH. Lines measure up to 500 ft in length and up to 50 ft high. Total duration of Adventure is approximately 2.5 hours.
Golfers/Summer Season:
Take advantage of great golfing on Boyne Mountain's two championship courses (Alpine and Monument). A 20-30 minute drive will get you to Treetops, Bay Harbor, or Boyne Highlands, where a multitude of other courses are available to be played. Other activities on site include tennis, swimming pool, hot tub, and hiking/biking trails.
This resort also has a private beach and boating privileges at Deer Lake. Enjoy the Beach House restaurant which overlooks the beach for elegant indoor or outdoor dining with a terrific view of the lake. Nearby Boyne City, Petosky, Bay Harbor, and Charlevoix offer a multitude of dining and shopping options; all are less than 20 minutes from the condominium.
Skiers/Winter Season:
This condominium is a skier's dream; just steps from the chairlift, there is no need to drive once you are here. If cross-country skiing is your pleasure, Boyne has miles of lighted cross-country trails accessible from the door of the condominium.
Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and giant hot tub located at the Clock Tower Lodge. The pool and hot tub are open year round and are a great way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.

Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
We love skiing in the winter. We take advantage of golf, swimming and biking in the summer. Our Boyne condo allows us to maximize our family time together.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is just a few steps from the ski run. No need to drive or haul ski equipment once you're here. The beach in the summer is a hidden gem. Nice and shallow for small children, free beach toys, paddle boats, shuffle board and even a putt-putt course with real grass.

We had a great weekend at the condo. My husband ran the Boyne to Boyne marathon & it was the perfect place for our family to stay and make a weekend out of it. The accomodations were very clean & comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms is really nice. We even took the kids to Avalance Bay which they loved. Thanks Dave & Shelly!

This place was RIGHT next to the mountain and the main lodge. There were four of us girls and it was perfect for us. We rented the upstairs which was 2 HUGE bedrooms and then a loft upstairs with queen beds and a full bathroom. (3 full bathrooms!!)There was a complimentary shuttle that ran us back and forth to the main lodge and the condo when we went out at night, or to the spa for the day--very convenient. The rental itself was amazing. VERY clean, roomy and updated. We cooked all weekend and skiied and hung out at the spa/pool/hot tub. This was a great place to come back to after a long day (quiet, close and comfortable) . Can't say enough about how accomodating and quick to respond the owner was whenever we had a question. Gave his name to my friend that wants to bring her family there for a winter reunion. We are definately coming back !

We recently stayed here for the weekend. Had plenty of room for 11 adults. This is a great location to access all the slopes without even taking the shuttle to the main area. Disciples Lift is literally across the street. Brought extra trash bags, dishsoap, paper products, but never needed to use them. Condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with around 9 friends, had a fantastic time. The condo is kept spotless and was a very comfortable stay. Everything is advertised accurately and the owner was very prompt with answering all my questions. A pleasure to deal with, would for sure rent again.
