Welcome to Mediterranea of Destin! A beautiful gated community with seven acres of manicured and spacious grounds; huge pool and outdoor hot tub; private beach with private gazebo; private tennis court and outdoor grills.
My unit is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, and located on the 1st floor with private balcony and steps to the pool and beach. The main living area is completely tiled with two full size sofas, one pulling out to a queen sleeper. Both bedrooms have berber carpet and one queen size bed. Full size kitchen with all major appliances including washer and dryer and dishwasher. All rooms have TV/DVD/CD players. Each room has spacious closets. The master has a jetted garden tub and walk in shower.
Located right across from Scenic Highway 98, there are unobstructed views of the gulf and no need to drive to dinner, you're right across the street from renowned Pompano Joe's restaurant. Silver Sands Factory Outlet Shops, Winn-Dixie, Starbucks, and McDonald's within minutes by car or can be walked/jogged via the sidewalk trails on Old. Hwy 98. Destin Commons (movie theatre, Bass Pro, Hard Rock Cafe, Dillards, Johnny Rockets, and much more) is a 5 minute drive.
Completed in 2003 and built using concrete and steel construction. Only four living floors. Of the 55 units, only 19 are rental. Underground parking is assigned. Each bedroom has private walkout balcony.

We have stayed here for the past 3 summers and even got married on the beach of the Mediterranea! We will never stay anywhere else in Destin! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it is so close to all of the best beach front restaurants.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
