This pet friendly non-smoking keyless access 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a hidden jewel located in beautiful Seagrove Beach. This is a corner unit located on the second floor of building #11 at the Beachside Villas. The balcony can be accessed via sliding glass doors from both the the master bedroom and living room with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedroom #2, 2 twin beds in bedroom # 3 and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Beachside Villas provide Wireless internet to the condo complex.
Lighted tennis courts are available to guest. Two pools are available in the Beachside Villas. The main pool is heated. A second pool is conveniently located next to building 11. The Eastern Lake is located out the back of the building. The Eastern Lake is a rare coastal dune lake. Kayaking and other rentals are available.
The building is about 100 yards from the beach. Easy access through the parking lot takes you directly to the boardwalk that leads right to the beach!!! You will not have to cross any busy streets as you are less than 300 steps from the front door to the beach!!!! This area is near the new Publix! Also, linens are included in the cleaning fee.
This is a beautiful Gulf Front, Gulf View 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 6-8. Make arrangements now for your next vacation! This condo does not require a key. Once the booking is complete, you will receive a code to dial into a keypad on the door to gain access into the condo during your stay!
This unit has just been remodeled and is available for rent with new Living Room/Dining Room furniture including a wall mounted flat screen HDTV/DVD combo for entertainment.

My Wife and I just booked our 4th visit to this unit in 2 years. Unit location is quiet, close to complex pools and has multiple BBQ grills nearby to cook on. I love to cook on vacation and the kitchen is well equiped. Comfortable master bed and excellent storage for longer stays. Owner and agent are easy to deal with and sensitive to quests needs. We've made suggestions and noted that they were acted upon for our next visit. The extra bedrooms and bath allowed us to have visitors and not feel cramped. Beach about a 3 minute walk through the complex grounds. Internet access is great. Heated pool in off season is a plus. We are looking forward to our upcoming visit.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We have been going to this area of the beach for many years. It is a quiet area close to Seaside, which we love and close to Destin. Nice place to stay at reasonable prices. The owner of the condo is very easy to deal with, and accommodates our needs.

We had a fabulous time! The unit was perfect for a family of five and we even had room for drop in company. The property was well maintained and the beaches were nothing short of perfect. Would gladly stay here again!
