Beautiful marsh front villa, first time on the rental market! This perfectly located villa is at the center of Fripp Island, just a three minute walk to the beach!
Villa 217 overlooks serene tidal marshes. After a fun filled day on the beach, relax and unwind while watching a beautiful sunset and wildlife from the villa's private deck.
This professionally decorated villa sleeps four, with one bedroom (king bed), one queen sleeper sofa, and two full baths. Villa 217 provides ample room for up to four people.
For first time visitors, Fripp Island is located 17 miles from Historical Beaufort, SC. Beaufort is a quaint small town filled with "Southern Charm". It was voted the number one "Southern Coastal Town" by Southern Living Magazine. Beaufort offers historical sightseeing, antiquing, carriage rides, waterfront park, and an abundance of shops and restaurants. Hunting Island State Park is one mile away from Fripp Island. On Hunting Island you can enjoy natural beaches and waterways and a historical lighthouse. Fripp is a short drive to Hilton Head and Charleston, South Carolina, as well as, Savannah, Georgia

This villa is well equipped and spacious. My husband and I enjoyed many beautiful sunsets from the deck, long walks on the beach, and fun golf cart rides. This was our first trip to Fripp Island, but not our last. The owners were very helpful in providing us with information about the sightseeing, where to eat, and the surrounding area. We hope to rent your beautiful condo again in the fall.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our stay at Fripp was wonderful. The villa was well-equipped, inviting and comfortable. Beach access was easy and we especially enjoyed watching the marsh wildlife.

Our stay at the villa and Fripp Island was wonderful!! From the moment we got on the Island, we had a great time enjoying the beautiful views. The villa sits right on the marsh and has an incredible view. We watched the sun set both nights on the deck. The villa is a great size for 4 and very comfortable. There are two full baths that made it very comfortable for 4. The location could not be any better. We were right across from the beach club, tennis courts, and a beach access. We enjoyed our stay at Fripp and would definitely want to stay at this villa again. I would recommend friends and family this villa and couldn’t have been more happy that we chose this villa for our stay. This was our first time to Fripp but definitely not our last!

Great time! Stayed twice with the family and loved every minute. Very easy access to beach! We enjoyed the wildlife on Fripp Island and dolphin watching on our latest trip. I highly recommend it! Fun and safe for the whole family. Great accomodations. A perfect 10!

We stayed here last Oct. and loved the villa. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The weather happened to be too cool for beach sitting or walking, but the villa was cozy and great for relaxing and reading.

Truly enjoyed our week at the condo. We looked forward to the sunsets every evening, what a view! Golf cart worked out perfect, 2 minutes to everything.

A wonderful experience. The villa is spacious and has all the that my guests and I required. I really appreciated that beautiful, "beachy" decorating and the lovely view of the Marsh from the back porch. It's quite incredible during a sunset. All in all, I felt quite comfortable and at home at the Villa. I hope to stay there again sometime soon.
