Why the Owner Chose Other Daytona Beach Properties

Both of us "parents" were born in Florida (one in Ocala and the other one in Miami). Because of this, we make as many trips as we can to "the beach" in Florida. On a Daytona Beach stay in August of 2007 we decided that it only made sense for us to buy something there so we would have even more reasons to go to "the beach". We closed on our ocean front condo on December 14th of that year. Now, we spend one week of spring break and one week of summer vacation at "our place" every year. Since we don't use the place the other 50 weeks of the year, we decided to share the place with other beach lovers.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

We love the fact that we were able to get a unit that was directly beach front with a spectacular view. The Southeast, 15th floor view is fantastic because it faces the rising sun, but also allows us to see the sunset over the intercoastal waterway each evening. The most important thing for us is that we can walk right out of the building onto the beach. We don't have to get in a car to get to the beach every time we want to go. Beach time in the morning, lunch in the unit, and back to the beach (or pool) in the afternoon. If one of the kids needs a break...it's easy for one of us to take them back upstairs while the other two keep on playing.

In addition to the beach, we have made good use of the fact that the unit is only minutes from the Daytona 500 experience, minutes from hundreds of restaurants, and 1 1/2 hours from Disney and Cape Canaveral.

We can't wait for our next stay at "the beach".

We love to travel...every chance we get we are off to somewhere. Our "picture" is the four of us on the second level of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

By the way...little sister is the one who picked the leather "coffee table" in the unit.....beacause it was so much fun to lay on to watch TV.
