Beautiful Condo, well maintained. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. Trash service is provided. Parking for 2 cars in our building's private garage. We rent to families only. Condo building is well maintained. No smoking in the condo.
You can park your car in our private garage and walk to the beautiful beach, enjoy events at the Convention Center, watch Movies on the Beach, enjoy the excitement of the Boardwalk, and much more. From Wildwood it's a short drive to quaint Cape May with great shopping and restaurants. A visit to Sunset Beach in Cape May is not to be missed. There are great wineries in Cape May also. A short drive to the north and you are in lovely Stone Harbor. There is a wonderful Zoo outside of Stone Harbor. In 45 minutes you can enjoy all of the excitement of Atlantic City, gambling, fine dining and relaxing spas.
There is never a dull moment in Wildwood. Enjoy all that the area has to offer!

Why the Owner Chose Wildwood
We bought our home in Wildwood in 2004 when Wildwood was undergoing a renaissance. Many of the old, worn out Boarding Houses were being replaced by beautiful new Condominiums. Wildwood is a wonderful family vacation spot, the only free beach in New Jersey. Although you can stay right in Wildwood and have a wonderful time, we are a short drive from many other Jersey Shore points. There is Sunset Beach in Cape May, wineries, even a zoo in Avalon. There is fishing and Jet Ski's, there is something for everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have garage parking for 2 cars. With the beach, boardwalk and Convention Center just a block and a half away, you can literally park your car and walk anywhere you need to go. There is a Rite-Aid on the corner, as well as a wonderful Diner. Within a block there is a city park with tennis courts and a playground for the kids. Uncle Bill's Pancake House, a Jersey shore tradition, is just 2 blocks away.

My husband and I live in Pennsylvania, but we love to spend our summers at the Jersey Shore. When our condo isn't rented, we spend as much time there ourselves as we can. We love to bring friends down with us to enjoy everything that Wildwood has to offer. The beach, the boardwalk, the restaurants, the nightlife, walking and biking on the boardwalk and excursions to Stone Harbor, Cape May, and Atlantic City. Wildwood is our home away from home, and we welcome you to our condo.
