Rosie's Casita is located in the rolling foothills of the beautiful McDowell Mountains. Fountain Hills is a lovely family oriented community which borders Scottsdale and is only minutes to Saquaro Lake, Fort McDowell Casino, Carefree, Cave Creek, and the Mayo Clinic.
It is a newly decorated and furnished two bedroom, one and one half bathroom condominium with over 1100 square feet of living space. It is a five minute walk to the shopping centers. The living room is 18 by 17 feet and is furnished with two recliners and a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area opens on to an enclosed 12 by 18 foot patio area. The Master bedroom is 11 by 18 feet and the Guest bedroom is 11 by 14 feet. Both bedrooms have private balconies.
The Hot Tub and picnic area is conveniently located outside the front of the condominium and the heated swimming pool (May thru October) is a short walk to the center of the complex. Utility Building by pool contains shared coin operated washers and dryers.
