This beautifully appointed, newly refurnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Golf Villa at Bear Trap Dunes, is a perfect vacation spot for families or couples.
The Villa is a premium first floor end unit. There are no steps for small children or people who have difficulty with stairs. The Master Suite has a large adjoining bathroom with double sink, tub and separate shower stall. The Master Suite also has a private balcony. The other two bedrooms share a separate bath with tub and sink. The bedrooms are set back from the kitchen and livingroom area for privacy and quiet.
There are ceiling fans in each room to keep you extra comfortable. We include fresh bed and bath linens, so you can truly be our guest!

We enjoyed staying in your lovely home. It is so nice and clean and so tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and very much at home. Your notes on the refrigerator and lighting swtiches were very helpful. We are leaving tomorrow but are already looking forward to returning next summer, God willing.
