This beautifully appointed, newly refurnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Golf Villa at Bear Trap Dunes, is a perfect vacation spot for families or couples. Located in one of the best spots in Bear Trap, our Villa is paces from the Free Beach Shuttle Bus Stop, and a short walk to the Front Pool and Amenities Center.
The Villa is a premium first floor end unit. There are no steps for small children or people who have difficulty with stairs. The Master Suite has a large adjoining bathroom with double sink, tub and separate shower stall. The Master Suite also has a private balcony. The other two bedrooms share a separate bath with tub and sink. The bedrooms are set back from the kitchen and livingroom area for privacy and quiet.

There are ceiling fans in each room to keep you extra comfortable. We include fresh bed and bath linens, so you can truly be our guest. We recently purchased all new high quality mattresses and bedding for every bedroom. Bear Trap has beautifully landscaped, paved sidewalks so there is no need to walk on the street. This pristene community is a pleasure for anyone.

Our family starting coming to Bethany Beach 20 years ago. We were hooked the first time we walked on the beach! We have wonderful memories of vacations, with our children, family and friends. We are so glad to be owners of this glorious Golf Villa!

Comment Written In Our Guestbook At The Villa: This is our 10th year vacationing at Bethany Beach. We just love this place - so much to do and of course the fabulous beach on the ocean. We enjoyed staying in your lovely home. It is so nice and clean and so tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and very much at home. Your notes on the refrigerator and lighting swtiches were very helpful. We are leaving tomorrow but are already looking forward to returning next summer, God willing.
