What a pleasure our stay in this home was! It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, making a wonderful place as a home away from home. Our girls enjoyed having rooms adjacent, and my Husband enjoyed reading on the back patio. The kitchen is well stocked, and all appliances were in top condition for my needs. You will definately like staying here! Thank you Val and Renee' for making our stay in Mandeville perfect!

We had a great experience in Mandeville. The pictures accurately reflected the house. It was very clean with good instructions, etc. Three thoughts are: We were not able to get the TV in the main room to work. I am sure it was our fault and we are not big TV people so it was no big deal with us. The king size bed would fit much better in the master bed room. The trash pickup probably has changed to Tuesdays. We put the trash out on Wednesday like we thought was correct and all of the neighbors did it on Tuesday (?). We plan to go back some day and we hope that this house is available then.

I recently stayed at the Mandeville House. It was absolutely lovely, I can't think of anything that wasn't already thought of. The house was clean and well decorated and it was wonderful to come home to after a long day of touring the area. This house is a short drive to so many wonderful towns and attractions. The photos are completely accurate. The kitchen is well appointed, lacking for nothing (although I didn't cook). The neighborhood is quiet and close to some great restaurants and the lakefront. Parking was not a problem. It really felt like a home, very comfortable. The fenced in backyard is great, however, not for a small dog. The property managers were great to work with. I hated to leave and highly recommend this house!

October Weather In Mandeville was Wonderful

Property was clean, well maintained and well equipped. It is also well located with easy and quick access to Causeway for trips to NO. Mandeville now has many of the New Orleans Restaurants so it was easy to find a good seafood. We particularly enjoyed Old Mandeville and the Lakefront which also now has several small good restaurants. We would recommend this property to others.

We stayed at the Mandeville house on spring break with our two kids (8 and 5). It was the perfect way to see the New Orleans area with kids. First, the house was lovely, clean, and well equipped. The fenced backyard was a real plus. The neighborhood was quiet and there were nice trails nearby for evening jogs. It was close enough to New Orleans for day trips but far enough away to be family friendly. Fountanbleau State park nearby was awesome. There were some great restaurants in Mandeville too. We were very sorry to have the vacation end. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.

Mandeville House

Everything was great. The house was super clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was very large and had very nice appliances. The property managers were very accommodating. It was great having a big back yard for the dog. It was a great location for getting to Covington, the Lakefront, and to the Causeway to get to New Orleans.

My stay at the Mandeville House was wonderful and completely exceeded my expectations. The house itself was just as the description said. Photos and description were accurate. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to restaurants and stores. Val's email was extremely helpful and informative. I also really like the door code. It made check in/out hassle free. I may get one for my own house! The only problem that we had was that there wasn't enough hot water and that we expected two showers. Other than that, everything was great and we have already recommended this house to our family. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this house it is beautiful the computer pictures do not do it justice, the back yard is great, the house is so comfortable, it was very clean and very nice. The owners are great to work with very helpful on places to go and resteraunts to go to. The master bath jetted tub was wonderful after a long day in New Orleans. We will stay here again. Wonderful week in Mandeville and New Orleans

We loved out week at the Mandeville House while were in town for our daughter's wedding in New Orleans. The house is exactly as described and is very comfortable and relaxing. We spent as much free time as we had on the deck in the backyard. It was amazing! The Morel's were super easy to work with and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate returning again or renting any of their other properties. If you want a wonderful rental that caters to your pets, too, be sure to try this one!

Our family stayed at the Mandeville House for 4 nights in April 2010. We have rented other houses in the past and it's always a "surprise" when you get there to see if the pictures match the actual property. I am happy to say that the pictures depicting this house were spot on! The house is located in a nice subdivision close to I-12 and was spotless. It was a pleasure to work with Val and Renee and I would definitely recommend staying at the Mandeville House.

The Mandeville home was a beautiful home to rent. The house was very clean and included all the amenities anyone could want. It is convenient to so many other locations and is in a wonderful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long term rental while staying in Mandeville. I hope to be coming again next year and renting the house for an even longer period.

My husband and I have been staying at the Mandeville House for several years now. We use to go to bed and breakfasts until we discovered this. It is so nice to be in a big beautiful home where our grand children can come and play in the yard. We have had cook outs, etc., This is such a tradition it really feels like a second home. It is beautifully decorated and complete with everything you need from a flat screen tv to a washer/dryer, in other words, a fully equipped home. Val and Renee' are so easy to work with, they are on top of things and a pleasure. I am looking forward to trying their other homes. If you haven't tried VRBO you really should. Thanks again Val and Renee for another wonderful holiday in Mandeville.

The house was clean, comfortable and served our needs perfectly. It was fully equipped, everything worked and it was exactly as described. The neighborhood was very quiet, even on Halloween night! The surrounding area is very nice with hundrede of mature trees. The one thing I would suggest adding to the house is a full sized BBQ grill.

The Mandeville house is the best choice to stay when in Louisiana. The house was equipped with everything you would expect to have in your own home. We were minutes away from grocery stores, shopping malls, and attractions such as the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans.

What a great house. Quiet neighborhood, five minutes from old town mandeville where we walked each evening along the paved lake path. Easy access to New Orleans.Really wonderful owners to deal with and we definatly plan on returning to try out the bike path. The bonus was being allowed to take our small, crate trained dog. He seemed to enjoy himself too.

We were in the Mandeville area to celebrate our son & wife's wedding reception. We needed a place to stay that provided kitchen/stove facilities in order for my wife to complete the last minute details that Mothers do. When we walked inside of the Mandeville House, it was awesome. In the midst of a hectic schedule, we felt a sense of calm. The place was peacefully serene and inviting from the entrance to the tranquil outdoor deck/patio. The house is so comfortable that one quickly gets the feeling they are opening the front door to their very own home! We look forward to a less hectic visit.

We have stayed in this house two times now and love it! We had been staying in bed and breakfasts in the area and when I found this house we were thrilled. The owners are so easy to work with. I highly recommend this home or any of the others, we will never stay at a hotel or bed and breakfast again. Needless to say this is a very pleasurable experience.

The Mandeville home was lovely and in excellent condition when we arrived. The Morels were easy to communicate with and everything was handled professionally. Wow! What a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and convenient! The Morels were EXTREMELY helpful in every way and very nice to deal with to boot. Our family had a great time in Mandeville, and the house was a welcoming sight after some very busy days. The Dish Network was a big help in keeping the kids occupied at some crucial times.

We loved our stay at the Mandeville House in October when we came from Michigan to attend the Madisonville Wooden Boat Show. It was practically next door! Lovely and comfortable house in Mandeville. The subdivision is as awesome as the house. My only wished is that we had brought bikes for our 11 & 13 year old kids to ride on the bike paths. Another fine note is that my deposit came back quickly. We completely enjoyed our stay and am excited about staying here again next year.

The Mandeville House was great! We stayed there with another couple with a toddler and it was perfect for him to run around outside in a safe quiet neighborhood. Just a few minutes to the interstate and shopping. It was very clean and all the supplies were fully stocked. I will surely stay there again!
