This is a terrific condo near downtown Palm Springs. It is beautifully appointed, very quiet and has a private pool and spa. You can easily walk downtown for coffee or dinner. The owner has done a great job equipping and appointing the condo. We are annual visitors to Palm Springs and we will definitely try to stay here again!

We just spent 12 wonderful days in this incredible unit. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the caretaker, who was friendly and showed us the condo. We were overwhelmed by the condo. The entire place is wonderfully and tastefully decorated with inviting colors and comfortable furnishings. The property was immaculate in every way. We immediately felt at home. The unit is a perfect place for 2 people. There is plenty of space for each. We also loved the extra bathroom. It was a treat to work in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen. The private pool and side patio offered great retreats. The side patio is a great place to be in the late afternoon when the sun is intense. The location is perfect-- a comfortable walk to downtown. Working with the owner was an absolute pleasure from our initial inquiry last year. Both our telephone and e-mail messages received personal, immediate, and informative responses. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We have often rented units throughout the US and Caribbean. Our experience has almost always been the same--upon arrival we discover past peak, ill-equipped and poorly furnished, outdated units. The accommodations are often worn and marginally acceptable. Often units hardly compare to the pictures displayed on the internet. This experience was the complete opposite. The unit is actually more attractive and comfortable than portrayed on the VRBO site. The furniture and accent pieces are upscale and well maintained. We had the feeling we were staying at the home of a close friend while in Palm Springs and not someone's rental property. We highly recommend this property without any reservation.

This is my second stay in Bob's wonderful Condo. This year I am here for 3 1/2 months. You could not ask for a better location. The complex is very quiet, easy walking to town, park and events at the convention center which is just across the street. The Spa Casino is just a 2 block walk. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful owner Bob is. He always takes care of anything that you may have a question about or problem with, however I have not had anything really go wrong. Also he has a wonderful person that checks you in and out and you can call him anytime you have a question about something in the condo. All I can say is try this condo and I know you will come back again and again when you visit Palm Springs.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We chose this property because it was advertised as "romantic", with a private pool and spa. It met all our expectations and then some. We had a wonderful, and relaxing month away from the rain in Vancouver. The kitchen proved to be well equipped and we even managed to roast a turkey. In fact, we hardly ever ate in restaurants. We brought our bikes with us and cycled almost every day. It is a great way to tour the Movie Colony and get a close look at some of the magnificent estates that are nearby. For seniors like us, the roads were flat and uncrowded - an easy cycle. We loved the pool and spa, actually spent a lot of time in the spa in late evening. Greg, the property manager, and Bob, the owner were most helpful when we initially had problems with the internet. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and will probably return same time next year ourselves. It is truly a home away from home.

Just returned home from a great stay at Bob's condo. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. It is a very clean, fully furnished, fully stocked, well maintained condo, in a great location. Greg was a great help and responded quickly to a minor air conditioning problem we had. Bob, it was a pleasure meeting you when we checked out. I can see why you purchased this place! It's an easy walk to downtown shoppping, eating and gambling. Also close to many nice golf courses. We had a nice dinner at Lulu, one of the newer restaurants in downtown. If you want to dine with a view, try the Escena Golf Grill located at the Escena golf course. Spectacular! We had a very relaxing and memorable time. Thanks Bob, for a great week! Jeff and Patti

I just got back from my week of much needed downtime at Bob's beautiful condo in Palm Springs. I had friends staying in other locations in Palm Springs and they were very envious of my accomodations and especially the private pool. The pictures and the description for this property are very accurate. It is an excellent space, very comfortable, clean and well decorated with a beautiful kitchen. We loved spending our time here looking at the impressive mountains and hanging out by the very private pool. Bob, the owner is well organized and it was a pleasure to work with him and his property manager, Greg. Everything went very smoothly for us and we had such a great time thanks to both Bob and Greg for keeping up this beautiful space. I am giving this property a 5 star rating!!

Labor Day by the pool can't be beat! My family and I had the best time here. The patio with pool and BBQ made for a perfect holiday get away. The house had everything we needed to reconnect with and enjoy eachother's company. The location was an added benefit; right next to the Spa Casino and Tropical Restaurant (our favorite for HH specials. get there early). We will definately be back.

This getaway was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful accomodations, perfect weather, view delightful, and the pool has features you will love. We took complete advantage of the total privacy. We have stayed in several luxury condos like this, but for the price, this was the best. We spent a week at this beautiful condo in Palm Springs. It is well maintained, very nicely decorated, and the owner Bob is a pleasure to deal with. The private pool made our vacation so relaxed and enjoyable. We used it morning, afternoon, and evening everyday. Easy walking distance to downtown for dinners out or just to get coffee in the evening after the summertime heat calms down. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Palm Springs.

A Dream Vacation!

My husband, son, and I just returned from our vacation to Palm Springs and this perfect condo. We ventured out to town a few times as we had a newborn with us and it was hot! The main downtown of Palm Springs is so close for those wanting to go to the shops and restaurants, but the condo is so perfect we really didn't want to leave. The home is completely equipped with anything you would need and find in your own home, and all the furnishings and decorating are immaculate and beautifully done. The pool and spa are clean and the perfect size and great for the hot temperatures in Palm Springs. We were grilling poolside at this awesome private condo and wondered why we didn't rent for two weeks instead of one! Bob is an awesome home owner and so quick to respond to any question or correspondence you have with him. Very friendly and great to work with.

My husband and I spent three weeks (!) in Bob's condo in July of 2011 and would do it again without hesitation. The place itself is really nice: open-concept floor plan, big living room (and a separate den/TV room), stylish and well-equipped kitchen, and a secure, covered parking spot. We also really enjoyed having our own private pool to cool off in. The location is perfect--quiet neighborhood, yet a quick walk to downtown and an easy drive to grocery shopping, etc. It's intimidating to shop for a rental on-line. Will the place be nice? Should I send a check to a complete stranger? It was a pleasure working with Bob. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He made us feel good about our decision, long before we arrived in Palm Springs. Rent with confidence. This place is a keeper.

This property was just perfect! Decorated beautifully, updated with granite and warm wood, comfy beds, beautifully landscaped and a nice view of the mountains and palm trees. Lots of nice towels and the pool and spa were fun. The gated complex was a nice touch. The private patio was nice in the morning for coffee. This property is really special! Beautiful, quiet, and great location. We enjoyed a week of sun, hiking, walking about town, and a few good restaurants. Everything was perfect! The condo and pool/spa was even better than the pictures show and it was spotless clean. The pool light didn't come on one night and when we mentioned it, it was on the next night. Spent the mornings golfing, the afternoons "resting" around the pool, and walked many evenings to down town Palm Springs for a bite to eat and some entertainment. I'm amazed that Bob rents this out, if it was ours, I don't think we'd ever leave! Thanks so much Bob and Greg.

My boyfriend and I just spent 8 days here and we absolutely loved it!! The condo is very classy and it's very large for a one bedroom, as it also has a den and 1 1/2 baths! The kitchen is state of the art and we enjoyed making a few meals in it. The best part however was having our own private pool and spa!!! We purposely planned on not having a schedule for this Palm Springs trip so that we could take advantage of swimming everyday and soaking up the sun! We brought our own pool rafts so that we could float in the pool and not even get out. There is also a nice patio table and chairs where we enjoyed having morning Mimosas everyday. There is a barbeque on the patio for BBQing steaks in the evening if you want, or hot dogs for lunch! (We chose the latter!). This condo is nice and quiet and is in a great location! It's about a 4 block walk to downtown, so you don't even have to drive and try and search for parking. We enjoyed walking, especially when we needed to walk off our dinners that we had at one of the restaurants downtown. Bottom line, this is an excellent condo to rent! We loved it!! The owner was very nice and easy to work with and his friend who did the check-in process was very helpful and nice as well! We will DEFINITELY be back in 2011!!!

This condo is more than we expected. Location is great, close to downdown.The condo is in a safe, quite location with safe parking outside your door. Private pool to cool off in. Top of the line kitchen. All rooms furnished very well. Dawn, cleaning lady keeps condo in great shape. Dawn met us on time to show us how things worked. She is very nice and easy to talk to. Beautiful Private Escape!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Bob's beautiful condo. This gorgeous condo had it all! We did nothing but BBQ, worked on our tan, and soaked up the scenery. We had no problem pretending to live in Palm Springs for a couple days. So relaxing! I must of gained 10lbs from eating and lounging! Both of us work so much it was nice to get away. Like all the reviews, the place is tastefully done and perfect for a romantic getaway with your lover and his dog! That's right, Bob even let my boyfriend bring along his Boxer dog, Bernadette. She only cost an extra $25 a night! It was great to actually be able to afford to take our beloved four legged daughter on our vacay. Sure beats finding a dog sitter and worrying about her while we're gone. We all had such a great time! We're already planning to come back in a couple months! Sure worth it, location was great, close to tennis courts, grocery stores, etc. And again, it's very private, it's your own little oasis with top of the line details. Bob, the owner, is very professional and easy to deal with. It's so kind of him to share his wonderful condo with everyone. Would highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!! Thank you Bob! I think we found our home away from home in Palm Springs! Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I have stayed at Bob's place twice now; it's beautiful! The condo is very clean, has a ton of style as well as all the amenities (i.e., great kitchen, fabulous living space, Wifi access, HD TV's, etc). The private pool (not the norm for a condo) is great as well...perfect for a couple and/or group of 4. Working with Bob has been very easy; he's very nice and very accommodating!!! This is a wonderful vacation property in a perfect location to nearby shopping, golfing, restaurants, and downtown Palm Springs. The condo is quiet, immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable with every detail of convenience at your fingertips. Having spent many years visiting the area in hotels I can say without hesitation that this was the best experience we have ever had. Having a private pool was such a bonus! I truly enjoy staying in Palm Springs and the reason why? This great location!!! It is perfectly located. Walking distance to the Spa Hotel and Casino and really close to the downtown area and shops. I love the pool and jacuzzi because you have it all to yourself. The outdoor area is huge and allows for relaxing with friends and grilling. The inside is immaculate!!! The kitchen is truly fit for a chef and the decor is amazing. There are two bathrooms and enough room to provide for privacy. I will not stay at any other place when in Palm Springs and I appreciate Bob for all of his help and for always providing me with a clean, safe and great place to stay. I've stayed at this location at least five times and each time has been great!!! Thank you Bob!!!!

Wow.... I've stayed here twice. I have to say that the property is first-rate. Perfection in every detail - location, pool, mountain view, furnishings, paint, carpet. Whoever owns this place really has an eye for both design and detail. I especially enjoyed the Italian-style wet bar on wheels, which I would want to have in my own house. I recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Palm Springs. It's perfect for a romantic weekend or longer stay.

This condo is the "complete" package. The location is perfect, private parking, gated, great courtyard with pool and area to relax. The inside is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a few nights or a week. The pictures certainly do not do capture how wonderful the condo is. My only regret was that I just had two nights there. On future trips to CA, Bob can expect to hear from me seeking the opportunity to enjoy his home again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a relaxing weekend getaway and to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We are experienced travelers that have stayed both at high end hotels as well as a number of vacation rentals. We own a couple of vacation rentals ourselves and know what is like to be “owner” in terms of keeping up the property and making it friendly and pleasant to guests. I’ll have to say that we LOVED this place! We had not been to Palm Springs in a while and decided it was time for a “sunny getaway” away from “June gloom LA.” Boy, not only we had great whether but above all, having your own little place with total privacy, decorated with impeccable detail, spotless clean, and with all necessary comforts to make your stay totally stress-free and enjoyable! The owner was very pleasant to work with and friendly, and so was the lady that met us at the property to hand keys and explain details. If you are looking for romance, for a special place to “get away from it all”, and come back saying “that was very special” look no further – trust me, I’ve seen many properties – this one gets five stars!!! Where do i start? This is the absolute perfect place for anyone to stay at. The best thing about this condo is that it has it's own private pool with an amazing view of the mountains in the background. This is like a condo taken straight from a magazine. Its beautifully decorated and very spacious.

This was the most beautiful, immaculate, and freshly decorated place, what a delight! The photos on the site are gorgeous but the real thing is even nicer. Best part was the small pool and spa, ideal for children (and fun for adults), and two outdoor patio areas. Inside was very comfortable and fully stocked with all necessary supplies, including high-speed Wifi internet and cozy gas fireplace. High-end kitchen, very comfortable sofa bed. The den area was an excellent additional sitting space with TV, and the extra half bath very convenient. Note, there is no door to close off the bedroom but because of the layout that wasn't a problem. Wonderful bed. Location is busy but very close and convenient to both downtown and the airport (and grocery store). The complex is gated so you feel safe and enclosed and you get your own parking space. Owner was extremely helpful and gracious, great communication. All in all, the best place we've ever stayed in Palm Springs after many visits and we will definitely be back! Perfect combination of comfort, beauty, location and fun. LOVED IT!
