The home is 1160 sq ft with a completely equipped kitchen, full cable TV package, one master bedroom with King mattress, one queen, 2 bunk beds for the kids and a full convertible bed. The back patio is private with grill and table for your meals as well.
We come complete with linens, bath and beach towels. The home also has a one car garage with garage door opener. We are almost virtually on the beach, all your restaurants and shops are walking distance to Pacific Beach, and La Jolla Village is just blocks away by car.

We just got back from a week stay and this house is perfect. We woke up every day and went down to the water, boogey boarding, surfing, and finding sea shells. When it is time for lunch or dinner, just walk right back up to the house. Perfect location, on the main street (Mission Blvd.), so very easy to drive to all the local conveniences (like Starbucks for us). I highly recommend this hous, my wife, our 16 year old and our 6 year old had the time of their lives. Thank you, Bonilla family for all the amenities.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have enjoyed two stays at this house. Property is nice, not luxurious. Short walk to a great beach and to many good restaurants. City bus that stops next to house and goes to downtown via Old Town in 20 minutes or so allowed us to do without car one stay, using the bikes around P. B. Pleasant back yard for eating. Perfect when we stayed four adults and two children; not complete privacy between two bedrooms so best with children. Owners were helpful and responsive; we will likely return when we have six or more to stay.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We just returned from our spring break getaway and can't wait to go back! This house is packed with amenities and is fantastic! My husband and I rode the bikes almost every day, we took our kids to the beach to play, and our parents loved it as well. It was a great family vacation! The home is clean, well stocked with everything you can think of: grill, beach bikes, washer/dryer, dvd's, garage space, plenty of space for everyone! I can't think of a better place to spend a San Diego vacation! The owners are great to work with and we would definitely stay again and again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thanks for making our vacation so carefree! Everything we needed was at the house - including sand toys, beach towels & a beach umbrella! The house was clean, had lots of room to hang out and a kitchen fully equipped to make meals. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, walking around PB and even took time to watch a movie on the big screen TV. FIVE STARS from the Holt Family!

Our San Diego vacation was wonderful and we can not say enough about your delightful home there. We arrived to find it sunny, roomy, equiped with everything we could think of, convenient to everything and spotlessly clean. (And we hope that we left it exactly as we found it.) The great desk set-up even allowed me to handle the critical work for the hospital while I was there. Peggy and I were delightfully surprised that my sister came down from Riverside for 2-3 days and we had plenty of room for her to visit with us. We experienced all that we could including a swim in the Pacific, the wonderful sunsets, the Wild Life Preserve, a cruise around the harbor and much more. I will recommend your delightful vacation home to anyone that may be interested. And yes, you can use my comments for potential rentors. THANK YOU FOR A PERFECT VACATION! Lois Hankin
