This is a new fractional ownership from Montecristo Estates at Pueblo Bonito Sunset. The rental can be a 16 day rental or 2 separate weeks beginning October 16 thru November 1. This also corresponds to the famous Bigsby Fishing Tournament. The Villa # is 42 which is half way up the mountain and has a perfect full view of the ocean with no blockage and great sunsets. It is in full sun at all times. It is 2 floors.
A full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Dining room, 2 living rooms one on each floor with pull out couches for sleeping. 3 master suites each with private bathrooms. 2 with king beds and one with 2 queen beds. Can sleep up to 12. There is a 4th half bath for day use. An outdoor endless heated swimming pool. An outdoor Jacuzzi. An indoor bath Jacuzzi is in one of the master baths. All bedrooms and living rooms have big screen TV's . One living room has a gas fireplace. Washer, Dryer, outside barbeque. a car port. On site shuttle service. VIP concierge service.
