Two new decks on the rear of the house overlook 90+ feet of bulkheaded lagoon with dock. Deck on front of house with view of bay overlooks quiet cul-de-sac where children can play basketball, baseball, football and ride their bicycles.

After spending the day at the beach enjoy relaxing on the decks overlooking the lagoon. Kids can crab and fish right off the dock or swim and raft in the lagoon. Not as windy as the ocean block houses. Downstairs den keeps kids away from adults. Quiet cul-de-sac offers added level of safety and peace of mind.
