The apartment is very sunny and bright as it has 5 balconies, 2 in the dining room, one in each room and the last one in the bathroom.
The kitchen is spectacular. With its red color, with matching with the rest of the appliances and furniture. Have vitroceramic and a free space with tables and chairs.

The apartment is located on the Gran Via, near the Sagrada Familia and the Agbar Tower, which you can see from one of its balconies.
It has 2 subway lines that connect with the centre of Barcelona, the red line and lilac. The bus stop that goes to the center is at the door.
The area is fantastic. It is full of shops, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Well connected to all areas of Barcelona.
It also has the market called “Los Encantes”, the largest open market in Europe, only 1 street, from where you can buy antiques or used to the most modern and original.
