  We celebrated our 20th anniversary in paradise! This was our first time to Hawaii and what a time we had! This place is gorgeous, so relaxing, and we loved it. The beach is perfect for walking each morning, the restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast, and our only regret was we didn't stay longer. This location was perfect for all the activities we did. The condo had everything we could ever want and we hope one day that we can return. Thanks for everything.

  Our family had a great stay at John's property - the views from the lanai were spectacular, and everything was great in the condo and at the resort (ate at the restaurant, and used the beach, and pool), and the overall location was very convenient. If I return to Maui, will definitely try to stay there again.

  Our time here has been a continuation of the dream that started 23 years ago. That was our first time to the Mana Kai. The condo is wonderful, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. We watched the video about the condo often and felt the calm of Maui even before we arrived. The owners are great to work with. So easy and caring about our time there in thier condo. When we arrived, there was a wonderful basket on the table filled with Maui goodies along with a very nice welcome card. The owners are simply good, caring people and we look forward to staying at thier condo again. (soon) The is on the TOP floor with ocean view, and is located in the center of the building which makes for a perfect view over everything for as far as you can see. Every night we have the double sliding glass doors open and we fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves below. In the morning, we awake to birds singing and the calm of the ocean which is smooth as glass. We start our day sitting out on the lanai and drinking the best Kona Coffee you can get. It's grown there on Maui. There we take in the beauty of all we can see and hear. We make our plans for the day and along with those plans, we make sure that we are on the beach for the Maui sunset. If you have never been to Maui, you have not lived, if you have never stayed in this condo, you have not relaxed, if you have never dreamed, you will when you are here! I have traveled all across the US and stayed in every resort from San Diegi to Boston, but at the end of my day, there is no place like Maui and without question, no place like this Condo at the Mana Kai. It is Perfect in every way, clean and bright, comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is set up with great cooking essentials. The king size bed, lets just say, it's like sleeping on a cloud. If you ask anyone in Maui about the Mana Kai, they will all tell you that the Mana Kai has the best location for snorkling, diving, beach walking with your family and loved ones, many restaurants with fine dining, and don't forget, you will feel rested in this wonderful condo. I have given the owners permission to give you my email if you would like to hear more from me or my my family about our continuation of our DREAM in Maui at the Mana Kai on the TOP floor! Your dream is there, you can see it, it's just there over the hill, around the bend, over the horizon, reach out, grab it. It's your time to dream........

  Pictures are exact; turtles included just out the reef on the right! The sounds of the waves are complete to this heavenly view, and the night time sky is amazing! Sleep was very comfortable. We want to create our shower experience with turtle tile just like here! Greatest Happy Hour just downstairs, awesome food and drinks :) The kitchen was easy to use to create gourmet meals. And pick up some cooked rice from the deli to make your sushi or hawaiian bowls! Many memories for a long time. Best stay in Maui for our 4th time!!! Worth every dollar spent! Mahalo!

  We thoroughly enjoyed this Mana Kai condo. The location and beach were fantastic. The pictures represent the condo and the view from the condo well. And speaking of view, we were able to watch the whales breach while we sat out on the lanai!The condo was very comfortable and clean. The decor was tasteful and felt like home. They had anticipated our needs so we did not have to go out and buy a bunch of cooking items or linens. They even had coolers, beach mats, beach chairs and beach toys. The condo was peaceful, we were never disturbed by those staying in neighboring condos. The only negative in our stay at the condo was that we had to go home!

  My husband and I spent the most relaxing 10 days on the top of the world at the Mana Kai! The condo was well laid out, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed to have a great stay. The store on site was well stocked so we didn't have to leave paradise if we didn't want to! When we weren't out enjoying the beach or town, we were on the balcony drinking in the gorgeous view. The Mana Kai's grounds and pool were immaculate and we had easy, immediate access to the beach. The sunsets each night were spectacular! We simply can't wait to get back to the little piece of heaven that is #807 Mana Kai Maui!

  Our stay in Unit 807 in Mana Kai Maui was wonderful. It had the most spectacular sunset view. We were able to enjoy wonderful morning walks on the best beaches on Maui. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The owner provided many helpful recommendations and a delicious fruit basket. We felt so welcomed and hope to return soon.

  We have been to the Mana Kai Maui-Top Floor condo, #807, several times. The condo is beautifully renovated, fully stocked with all the beach gear and all the amenities for a relaxing stay, and the condo is managed by John J who goes beyond to make your stay perfect. Great place for families when renting both units. You are an elevator ride away from the most beautiful beach, great snorkeling where turtles play, a yummy restaurant with great happy hour deals, a nice kid friendly pool, and a general store with Hawaiian treats. We love this place and hope to go back for many years to come with our family.

  On our fourth visit to Maui we stayed at this gem of a condo and it was better than any of the top resorts on the island! This condo has it all: a fantastic location; spectacular views; all the comforts of home; lots of space; privacy; and peace and quiet when you wanted it. Without lifting my head off my pillow in the morning, I could see the slopes of the volcano, upcountry, lavish villas, the fabulous beach, and the ocean. The beach is wide, clean, and not crowded, and the best snorkelling on the island is right outside the building. What more could you ask for? We rented the two bedroom unit for ourselves and our two adult children. The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equiped. The kids had their own bathroom, tv, and mini-fridge, as well as lots of stroage space for their things. Our bathroom had recently been redone and it was beautiful. While we ate out virtually every night, we had our breakfasts on the lanai every morning, and it was a perfect way to start the day. The little convenience store on the main floor was another bonus that allowed us to pick up snacks and sundries without havig to leave the property. We also had wonderful dinners at the restaurant on the property on two occasions. We enjoyed our vacation at this condo so much that we have already booked a return visit, but this time we will be staying for two weeks. I'm already counting down the days!

  We are a family of 5 people and stayed for two weeks in Mana Kaui Maui in December 2009. The apartment functioned very well for us and we had excellent time there. The ocean view from the apartment is fantastic and it is possible to watch sunset from the lanai of Mana Kai Maui #807. The beach in front of the condo building is one of the best in south west Maui and you can see various fishes and even turtles when snorkling there. There is also a high class restaurant in the ground floor of condo building.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
