This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo is on the beach in a family friendly complex. There are 3 pools as well as a wading pool for the kiddies. Tastefully appointed dining and living areas. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Granite counter tops in kitchen, wet bar, and half bath; ceramic tub enclosures and multiple function shower heads in both baths. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. A new, larger A/C unit and Thermal Drapes added for yor comfort. New Microwave installed above stove for convenience and extra counter space.
Everything is included in the cost. Included is covered parking for two(2) cars, cleaning, security, and unlimited high speed internet service.
Weekly Rentals preferred from May 22 - September 4, 2010, but shorter stays will be considered. Rentals for a minimum of two (2) days at reduced rates available after September 4, 2010

I have just returned from my third stay in this unit at Sugar Beach, and it is absolutely wonderful. I have waited this long to post a review because I have wanted to keep it as my own special secret, but I realize that is not fair! Each time I visit the condo is better than the last, with new furniture, upgraded flooring, and marble counter tops. While the pictures are nice, they do not show how truly lovely and well maintained this unit is. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with, very friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. He responds to any, albeit minor, concerns immediately.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Living in this condo for a week was like being in a luxury suite in a five-star hotel. The condo was far more than I expected from the photographs and from the owner's description. It was immaculately clean and the decor was completely tasteful. Although it does not face the beach, the beach could be viewed from the balcony, as well as the second floor pool. The condo complex was quiet and most relaxing. The elevators were convenient and I loved the fact that we parked our autos under the bldg., in the shade. The owner was very accommodating and when I expressed my concern about oil on the beach from the BP oil spill, he offered and put into writing, that if we were in any way displeased by the condition of the beach, he would refund my payment on a prorata basis upon merely receiving a phone call from me. I know of no hotel who would make a statement of that nature. And upon preparing to leave realized we had no instruction on what we were expected to do with linens, so I called the owner and I was told to " just pack your bags and leave everything as is, the cleaning people will come in and take care of everything." That was wonderful----we didn't have to wash the bed linens or remake the beds. There was no kitchen appliance or utensil we wanted for----everything was right there in the condo. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and, frankly, do not understand why people insist upon driving all the way to Destin. The beach here is beautiful and it appeared to me that the water is calmer, making it more enjoyable for swimmers and bathers. There are several water parks for young people and mini golf courses. And ladies, please DO NOT pass by that large Pottery store without going in-----just trust me on this one!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
