Renters who want the comfort of knowing that the other renters they share this unit with, will treat it as if it was their own and will want to return again and again.
This condo is fully furnished with King Size bed, Queen and Twins. Ceiling fans in every room and TV's in three rooms. All linens are included. Dining room table seats six and four can eat on screened porch. Porch looks out over pool and children's playground. All appliances and utensils you need to cook at home. We provide beach chairs for you.
Keyless entry for your convenience. Pelican's Landing on Shore Drive is one of the most popular areas in Myrtle Beach. Easy walk to the beach and famous Ocean Annie's!
Our family owns the condo next door to ours and one on the second floor. Ours is #320 and theirs is #319 and #225. If you are looking to have a combined families or friends get-together the same week, this is a unique opportunity.
You can always find cheaper, but ours is a better value!
