Grand Panama Beach Resort one of the best communities located on the Gulf of Mexico. This resort has much to offer with thirty-five acres of prime beach property including 300 feet of ocean frontage.
It includes 24 hours on-site security and a 5-story covered parking deck. Additional features include multiple swimming pools (one seasonally heated), 2 tiki/snack bars, kids pools, hot tubs, and the site has it's own retail across the street with many boutiques, a spa and restaurants such as Bonefish Grill and Another Broken Egg.
The unit is on the 7th floor of Tower 1. It is tastefully decorated with amazing views from the balcony. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed with sliding doors to the balcony.
There is a queen in the secondary bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the alcove off the hallway, and the leather couch is a queen sleeper sofa. There are two flat screen TV's with DVD's in the family room and master along with a TV in the guest bedroom.
We have HBO and Showtime for our guests to watch movies at night. There is an I-Pod radio speaker. Enjoy the full size kitchen for cooking in and watching the sunset. Linens and towels are provided but feel free to use the washer and dryer located in the unit.
In PCB we have some of the most pristine beaches located on the Gulf Coast which is known for it's aqua blue waters and soft white sandy beaches. There's loads of restaurants and shopping at Pier Park which is sure to have about everything to keep you busy. With retail stores like Target, JCPenny and Dillard's along with a few other cool little beach shops. There’s even a Ron Jon Surf shop and a 16 screen movie theatre, plus all kinds of restaurants; like Panera Bread, Longhorn Steakhouse and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville all located in Pier Park about 3 miles from the condo.
On Friday’s in the summer Pier Park usually has free concerts for the whole family. You can even enjoy the local water park Shipwreck which is a block away.

My family and I vacationed here on 07/17/10-07/24/10. This condo has it all. Clean, tasteful decor, and fully stocked kitchen. The view from balcony is wonderful. There was never a problem getting a loungechair at the pool.The owners are great to work with. They always responded in a timely manner with answers to any questions I may have. The only downfall would be the parking garage. Spacing is very tight and if you arrive after dark; your most likely not going to park anywhere convenient. We can't wait to return next year.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
