6 adults stayed for a long weekend and the condo was just as described. The view was excellent and the unit was clean and well maintained. The elevators are right at the unit, so it is very convienient to go to the parking garage or the beach. Great stay!

Great beachfront condo!
Great beachfront condo!
We spent 4 nights here mid July and really found it to be very comfortable and in a great location. The layout works perfect with bunk beds. It was very clean and nicely decorated and has an awesome beach view! Very nice kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Once we got used to the elevator and parking it wasnt so difficult to get back and forth to beach and parking garage. This condo is nice since you can walk down 2 floors to the walkway when the elevators are busy. A little advise about the parking garage is that when you are out and come back park on lower floor as easier to get out of garage. Elevator in the parking tower is never hard to get. Condo very convenient to elevators. I would definately stay here again! Cassey was a gem to deal with and always got right back when emailed regarding any questions re the condo before and during stay. Shes a very hands on renter and a pleasure to deal with. Also wanted to say that the first night we arrived didnt want to drive to eat so walked to the Bonefish and even tho a chain it was very good and really enjoyed it. I also have to recommend Capt Andersons as had not eaten there in many years and was still a great place to eat! Love the location of this condo to as not in middle of the Pier Park busy area. Great vacation!

This condo is GREAT!! The owners were great to work with! We really enjoyed our stay! It was so nice being on vacation and having the comfort of home. I never want to stay in a hotel again. The condo is everything it says and so much more. Picture don't do it justice. The décor is absolutely beautiful ! Kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you would need to cook a meal (minus the groceries) .Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. All the space you need. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! The size of the balcony is great as well. The washer and dryer is a GREAT amenity to have especially if you have kids and its nice not to come home to a bunch of laundry to do. Location is great as well, kinda in the middle of everything. You don't have to travel far for great food. Spinnakers is a great place to eat, a lot of food for a reasonable price. Sharkey's, Pineapple Willy's, and so many more great places to eat to choose from. My advice: go early for a late lunch/early dinner so when your done you are able to get a parking spot when you return to the condo. Parking is tight especially if you drive a big vehicle. We look forward to coming back next year!

The condo met our expectations and more. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need with the exception of your toothbrush. The photos are excellent but prettier when you are actually there. It was very clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Seventh floor with a nice balcony and a beautiful view of the Gulf and the perfect white sand. The condo is located directly over the pool area, which is also beautiful and perfectly maintained. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a washer and dryer in the unit which was so nice to have. There were afternoons when the sun shines a certain way on the water that it just becomes breathtaking to look across the Gulf. You will be minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores and an abundance of other shopping. We tried different restaurants each day but our favorites were Schooners (great drinks, BEAUTIFUL view and good food), Salt Water Grill (go for the early bird) , Boat Yard and Bone Fish Grill..which is located 2 minutes from the condo. There is an exercise facility in the building , my husband worked out there and said it was very nice. We would recommend this Condo to anyone...it was wonderful as were David and Jean , who we worked with for our stay. They were very helpful and couldn't have been more accomodating with every detail . We plan on returning for another visit in the future.

My family and I vacationed here on 07/17/10-07/24/10. This condo has it all. Clean, tasteful decor, and fully stocked kitchen. The view from balcony is wonderful. There was never a problem getting a loungechair at the pool. The owners are great to work with. They always responded in a timely manner with answers to any questions I may have. The only downfall would be the parking garage. Spacing is very tight and if you arrive after dark; your most likely not going to park anywhere convenient. We can't wait to return next year.
