  The condo met our expectations and more. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need with the exception of your toothbrush. The photos are excellent but prettier when you are actually there. It was very clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Seventh floor with a nice balcony and a beautiful view of the Gulf and the perfect white sand. The condo is located directly over the pool area, which is also beautiful and perfectly maintained.It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a washer and dryer in the unit which was so nice to have. There were afternoons when the sun shines a certain way on the water that it just becomes breathtaking to look across the Gulf. You will be minutes away from a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores and an abundance of other shopping. We tried different restaurants each day but our favorites were Schooners (great drinks, BEAUTIFUL view and good food), Salt Water Grill (go for the early bird) , Boat Yard and Bone Fish Grill..which is located 2 minutes from the condo. There is an exercise facility in the building , my husband worked out there and said it was very nice. We would recommend this Condo to anyone...it was wonderful as were David and Jean , who we worked with for our stay. They were very helpful and couldn't have been more accomodating with every detail . We plan on returning for another visit in the future.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  Loved the condo, it is clean and beautifully decorated. Cassey was easy to work with. Location was very convenient and we loved the pool.

  The condo was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view. It is certainly one of the nicest buildings on the strip, and the pool is great!

  My family and I vacationed here on 07/17/10-07/24/10. This condo has it all. Clean, tasteful decor, and fully stocked kitchen. The view from balcony is wonderful. There was never a problem getting a loungechair at the pool.The owners are great to work with. They always responded in a timely manner with answers to any questions I may have. The only downfall would be the parking garage. Spacing is very tight and if you arrive after dark; your most likely not going to park anywhere convenient. We can't wait to return next year.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
