From the time you step through its entry foyer, this brand new luxury Condo is beautifully furnished complete with all the entertainment and conveniences of home, including 4 TVs, including a 42 inch widescreen plasma, phones and ceiling fans throughout the entire unit. From its 9 foot ceilings and crown molding, ceramic floors, large great room with deck access, gourmet kitchen with Granite solid counter tops and over-sized bathrooms you will enjoy this huge condo.
All bedrooms have plenty of room and their own full bathrooms. Each has a TV, DVD player, alarm clock and plenty of closet space. The Royal Palms is a brand new building featuring 9ft ceilings, granite countertops -marble floors in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Has a sand bottom pool with cabanas and a huge tiki bar. Kingston Plantation is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths and lakes. It features 14 pools, a half a mile of secluded beach & several restaurants and bars along with a 24 hour security entrance gate. Kingston is minutes from all the action and hundreds of golf courses but it's tree lined streets and acres of freshwater natural lakes make it the best of both worlds.
There is a 50,000 sq ft health and sports club complex complete with tennis courts and a huge workout facility with all modern equipment.
The Splash water park is awesome for kids and includes slides, a lazy river and a 500 gallon soaking bucket that dumps every 5 mins.

We normally stay in Myrtle Beach, this was our first stay at Kingston Plantation. There was 7 of us, including my 3 grandchildren, my son and my daughter-in-law. The chidren said it was the very best vacation - ever. There ages are 15, 13 and 11, so that would include many vacations all over the U.S. and Canada. Best Regards and thank you, Beverley Dugard

Good morning! I wanted to drop you a note to tell you how beautiful your Condo is! It was perfect for us and we truly enjoyed staying there. Wished we could have stayed longer, but like they say, all good things must come to an end! The view was spectacular! And the water so pretty! Our little grandaughter just loved it, especially the little pool! This part of Myrtle Beach is beautiful, much nicer than other parts of Myrtle Beach. The staff was nice and eager to please. My husband and I talked about the possibility of buying a Condo there, but I don't think we could afford it! God bless! Brenda M
