Located on Scenic Hwy. 30A along the most pristine sugar beaches of the FL Panhandle's Emerald Coast, this home offers privacy and yet is steps from the beach and Gulf, plus great shopping and dining.
Previous visitors describe our location as truly a piece of paradise....palm trees, lush greenery and flowers and miles of incredible beaches with sunsets to take your breath away. The home's wraparound balcony invites mornings of newspaper reading along with a cup of Starbucks from Rosemary and early evenings of watching the sunsets over the water while sipping a margarita or iced tea.
The floor plan with three suites makes it perfect for couples or families with children. The house is well appointed and full of upgrades...granite, tv's with dvd's players in three rooms, stainless appliances, gas fireplace, breakfast bar and dining area, travertine showers in two baths, stereo speakers throughout AND it's the closest home to the beach in our gated resort neighborhood. The private pool is for owners and guests only.

My Hubs and I stayed at this house for a couple of nights in August for our anniversary. Sandra was super sweet and emailed me tons of great info for our stay. We rented bikes in Rosemary and rode around everywhere. We had a complete blast. The house is super close to the beach and in a private, gated neighborhood. The interior of the home is so charming. The beds and linens are super and the furnishings are nice (loved the kitchen although we didn't cook in it once!). There are lots of great restaurants nearby within walking/biking distance!! We plan to try to return again this summer!

My husband and I stayed at this home in May 2011 with my parents and my father in law. The lay out was perfect for us and the location of the home was wonderful! The gated community felt very safe..the guard made rounds every hour. The community pool is just a few steps away and the beach access is just beyond the pool. The owner of the home was very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. This is a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood with none of the "party crowds". Our pet Yorkie even got to enjoy this lovely home! We hope to return!

my family just enjoyed a great time at Peach Salsa. We found the location easy, 7 minutes to chain grocery or drug stores, private and secure. The home was well maintained. But the best was proximity to the beach, pool, and time on the balcony with gulf views and easy gulf winds. Our group was 5 adults and 3 kids.
