This beautiful newer home is located within walking distance of main street Breckenridge and is also on the Summit Stage free bus route. This 2956 square foot single family home (not a duplex) offers privacy, is very tastefully decorated, has all of the amenities you expect from a luxury property and has the most exceptional views in Breckenridge. The exceptional amenities include 7 televisions, in floor radiant heat, beautiful natural slate flooring on main level, two steam showers, lower level with media center, surround sound for movie viewing, and snack center perfect for children or teens, heated 2 car attached garage, fenced yard with private hot tub and gorgeous views of the ski area and mountains from almost every room. French Creek runs alongside so there is always the soothing sound of rushing water present.
Walk into the main living area and you will see the 20 foot high waterfall feature. The waterfall's look and sound are very pleasurable plus the water keeps the home's humidity at a comfortable level. The kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and copper and stone accents. The kitchen nook dining table comfortably seats 8-10 persons. The living area boasts a large L-shaped leather couch with an in-cabinet big screen TV and video system.
There is one bedroom with a queen size bed on the main level with it's own bath and has a jetted tub. Upstairs is another guest room with queen size bed and bath. The master suite, also upstairs, features a king sized bed, balcony, triple sided fireplace between the bedroom and master bath, a huge Jacuzzi tub, an ultimate shower/steam shower with multiple shower heads and a bidet.
On the lower level there is a large screen TV and video system with comfortable suede and leather furniture perfect for watching movies. There is also a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave for cocktail and snack time. The bath on the lower level features a steam shower as well. Also, there are two sofas that make up into queen size beds. Each bedroom in the home has its own television and there is in-floor radiant heat throughout. The home is wired for sound in the main living areas and outside.
The deck features a gas grill, outdoor speakers, patio furniture and umbrella, and a gorgeous view of the Breckenridge ski area. The home has a 2 car attached heated garage and has a fenced back yard which is beautifully landscaped complete with a multi-jetted hot tub on the lower patio. The fence provides privacy for your hot tub experience. This property is pet free, smoke free, and simply wonderful.

Year Purchased: 2006
We are a middle aged couple who lived in Colorado for many years. Our children grew up here and although we now live in California, we have a special attraction for the mountains. We have owned other homes in Summit County but find Breckenridge to be the greatest place for a second home. The town is wonderful and quaint and the ski area is phenomenal.

We had the opportunity to rent this home for 6 nights in summer of '11. We had two families, 4 adults and 5 young children. There was lots of room, great kitchen, and hot tub. The kids had the whole basement to themselves which made it nice for the adults to basically enjoy the entire house. The location is very convenient. Short walk to Main street and quick easy access to highway 9 to head out of Breckenridge. By far the best thing about the house is the views off the back deck. Almost looks a fake hollywood back drop at times. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent five nights at this home in February with a party of seven, which was our first time using VRBO. This home is incredibly beautiful and comfortable: the slate floors, granite countertops, steam shower, whirlpool, fireplaces, furnishings, everything was top notch and in great shape. Our family was very comfortable. We spent equal time at the home and in town or on the mountain. It is a five minute walk to the free bus and about a 10 minute bus ride from Main Street. The homeowner provided clear instructions for everything and our vacation went smoothly. This was a truly exceptional home and experience.

Where do I begin?A group of 6 of us just returned from staying 5 nights at this home. I call this a home because that is exactly how we felt while we were staying there, at home.This home offered every amenity you would think of.Let me start off with location. The view from the back of the home is just breath taking. You can literally see the mountains and skiers/snowboarders going down the runs. The view is particularly amazing first thing in the morning and right at dusk. The location of the large hot tub allows you to take in this view after a long day on the slopes. The location of the house is just a short 5 minute walk to a bus stop which is just a 7 minute ride to the gondola that services peak 7 and 8. It is also just a 7 minute bus ride back to the home. This made it super convenient getting 6 people to the mountain and not having to worry about parking.Now to the amenities of the home. The home offers ample space to spread out and feel comfortable. That is something that you just don’t get everywhere. The pictures just don’t do the house justice. The amazing kitchen allowed us to buy food to prepare great breakfasts and dinners and also pack for lunches. This helped us save a ton of money from going out at night and money at the cafeteria on the slopes. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was great for 3 separate couples. There was also a full bath in the basement and a half on the main level. The master suite had an amazing steam shower and whirlpool tub along with a fireplace. The extra bathroom in the basement also had a steam shower. All of the furniture and beds were truly comfortable. Sometimes when renting a home you will come across some odd taste and uncomfortable furniture and beds, not here. One thing that takes you by surprise is the waterfall in the main room. Yes a waterfall. That is something you don’t see everyday. It was a cool feature that just helps set this home apart.The homeowners were very easy to deal with at all times. They truly made this experience hassle free. Although I had no problems, I know if we did the homeowners were a phone call away from fixing it.All in all, this was an amazing trip and this home assisted in this. If you rent this home you will NOT be disappointed.
