A unique and very clean cabin nestled among beautiful Birch, Cedar and Red Pines with a perfect view (100 ft. frontage) of the Sturgeon River. A great place,situated near Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw, the cabin is perfect for year-round vacationing.
The property is situated directly across the street from the No. 7 Main Snowmobile trail, 62 mile North Central trail! Guests can snowmobile,or bike to Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Jordan River Valley, Cheboygan and Gaylord from the front of the cabin!Skiing is available in nearby Boyne, Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob. ATV and ORV trails you can ride too. There is plenty of space for a motor home, boat, trailer or several snowmobiles. Great boating in nearby Burt Lake and the inland waterway connects to Mullet lake in Cheboygan and on into Lake Huron! Burt Lake in Indian River, provides beaches, swimming and boating. In the summer, guests can kayak, go tubing and canoeing in the Sturgeon River right from the back yard!
Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops; laundry; large living room and dining area; a 2-level walkout deck overlooking the river; master bed room w/queen bed and full bath on the main floor; a huge loft with bathroom and two (2) side-by-side twin beds, a full bed and a queen futon bed.Main level living room area has a queen sofabed; and TV, VCR, DVD, Nintendo and CD player. Barbeque grill available and fire pit to sit by the river at night and enjoy a fire.

We love this area for all the year round activities available to you within a few miles. We own a second home 2 properties away on the Sturgeon River, and have enjoyed the area so much our son bought this property after graduating college to share with others!

Cedar Pines is fun for the entire family all year! Winter snowmobiling across the street on the main rail-trail in Michigan and skiing is only a few miles away. Summer you kayak from your back yard and enjoy the river from your deck or campfire. Golf at the many local resorts or ride bikes across the street on the NEW 62 mile trail from Gaylord to Mackinaw City. Private and breathtaking views.
