Brand new pool home located in Sugar Mill Woods, There are three bedrooms, the master bath has a large snail shower and a jetted tub, with his and her sinks. A formal dinning room. a very nice kitchen nook, eat breakfast looking out at the pool w/waterfall or eat outside at one of the tables by the pool. There are four lounge chairs by the pool also. Gas grill is hooked up to a underground tank, so you don't have to refill those bothersome tanks. There is of course a pool bath. We have some small orange, lemon and lime trees, so feel free to pick some, there great right off the tree. CDs or radio can be piped out to the pool , or in the master bedroom and of course the Great room . there is a 65 inch TV in the great room .
There are many great gulf courses in the area, fishing ,and kayaking. The Nature coast has large herds of Manatees Nov. thru March. Homosassa State Wild Life Park is a great place to visit with an underwater observatory.

Rate Details (In U.S. Dollars)
$750.per wk.(2 wk. minimum stay)
Renters must be 25 years or older. There is a $500. US Damage/Reservation
deposit that converts security/damage deposit. This must be received within 7
days of reservation. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however it is fully
refundable within 14 days. There is a $75 cleaning fee. An advanced payment equal
to 50% is required 60 days before arrival, the remaining payment needs to be
received at least two weeks before arrival. If you wish to use the pool heater,
there is a charge of $85/week, due to high electric.
