This stunning spacious air-conditioned 5 bedroom 4.5+ bathroom villa is complimented by a large swimming pool and spa with underwater lighting, extended sun deck and lanai for shade. This is equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sun. For added safety there is a purpose made child safety screen which fits around the pool/spa should you wish to use it.
The living room is a particularly stunning feature of our home, complete with cable TV, DVD and play station 3. Furnished to a very high standard over looking the pool which is accessed through the patio doors.
Situated at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake you are welcomed with a magnificent gated entrance. The community offers lakeside clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock, water sports and picnic area. Restaurants, shops and superstores are all within a 5 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is only a half hour drive away.
Our villa is non- smoking and has the capacity to accommodate 10 adults + 1 infant.
Ground Floor: Comprises of Living room, Dining room, kitchen with Butler’s Pantry, cooker, utensils, crockery, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, breakfast bar, Games Room (pool table, air hockey, electric dart board and table & chairs), Fully equipped laundry room and Master Queen En-suite bedroom leading out to pool,
Upper Floor: Wrought iron staircase leads to landing with: Lounge including TV and DVD player, 2nd Master En-suite and three further bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and 2 full bathrooms.
Attractions:
It is situated off interstate 4 on highway 27. It is ideally located for all the theme parks, and virtually in the middle of both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, approximately one hour’s drive to each. The world famous Daytona Beach is only a 90 minute drive away.
Disney: world is 15 minutes away. The property gives a toll free road access to all major attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, Sea World, Pleasure Island, Kennedy Space Centre and Cypress Gardens.
Golf Courses: There are more than 125 superb golf courses within 40 minutes of the villa, the nearest being Southern Dunes Golf Club a mere 10 minute drive.
Entertainment: Only 10 minutes from the brand new multi-million-dollar Posner Park area, which will feature fine dining, distinctive shopping, movie theatres and much more of which some are already open for business.
