Living room has cathedral beamed ceiling with large stone fireplace. Included are TV with cable, large sofa, game table, recline chairs. Adjoining living room is dining area with patio, and BBQ set. Kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator and Jennair stove. Everything is furnished. House is on own well and has water softener.
Owner occupies with family at a separate guest house down by the lake at times.
