We just returned home from a wonderful stay at this property! The beds are "comfy", the family room a great gathering place, the kitchen well stocked...Best of all this home is close to the freeway( without the noise) and close to Santa Rosa (10 -15 min from Healdsburg)! If we needed groceries we were 5 minutes away...Property is VERY well maintained and the view "delicious" even in November!!!! I was ill when I booked this for my husband's 60th birthday celebration and worried that I made a hasty decision, BUT it was worth every penny! (All our guests agreed!) Everything was in working order and the host/hostess gave many good suggestions in a compiled book about the area!

Villa Tuscana is a gorgeous property. The house is on a hill away from traffic and people - a perfect get-away - and yet close enough to Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Sonoma, Calistoga and Napa for visiting wineries and shopping. We stayed for five nights (four days) visiting ten wineries and five restaurants. We were impressed by the comfortable and beautiful furniture in both the house and cabana. We also enjoyed the tasteful decor and all the wonderful amenities provided. With four couples in our group, it is somewhat difficult to find a home that has the privacy we all like. This home suited our needs perfectly. Each couple had a private bath and bedroom. The master bedroom and the cabana were like mini homes in themselves. We had a couple of rainy cool days with fog in the morning (we were above the fog line!). The view from the house and the deck and the pool was absolutely spectacular. The kitchen is well-equipped and nicely laid out so that multiple people could cook at the same time. We enjoyed all of our breakfasts and several of our dinners at the house. The wireless computer access was a definite plus. Cathy was very professional in all of our dealings. She provided all of the needed information ahead of time and was extremely organized with a “Welcome” notebook. We had a spectacular time and would recommend Villa Tuscana to anyone.

Rented Villa Tuscana for a surprise 50th birthday trip . This was truly An Affair to Remember! As so many have said before, the pictures of the house DO NOT do justice to the house itself. The house is completely stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. If relaxation is what you seek just hang by the infinity pool, the view never gets old. It is totally private and quiet yet centrally located to many different wine regions, Calistoga ( 30 mins), Napa (60 mins), Healdsburg (30 ish mins).... We did the Murder Mystery Wine Train one evening which was certainly a highlight. If non stop action is your thing in a vacation this is a perfect place to rest your head in the evening and if waking and having coffee by the pool and a more leisurely pace is what your group seeks then this is also the perfect place . We have already discussed many return trips and this will be the place we stay again, well worth every penny! Cathy was very welcoming and extremely organized making the "details" a breeze. Treat yourself, you're worth it and you won't be sorry!

One word "Unbelievable". Planned a trip with friends and it couldn't have worked out better. The accomodations were excellent, house large enough to get away for private time, and the pool area was great in the afternoon after a day at the wineries. Enjoying the view in the morning with coffee and/or a glass of wine in the afternoon was so relaxing and took all the stress away. The house was very clean, well maintained and had everything you could ask for. Cathy was great to work with, every question was answered and gave us some great recommendations. We hated to leave, and would visit again in a heartbeat.

It was wonderful. We loved the master bedroom and fireplace as the weather was a bit chilly so it was nice and toasty! Lovely views in the morning and beauiful sunsets at night. The cabana hosue was perfect for our newly engaged daughter and her fiance! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the hosue was very clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

WOW! I was hoping that the pictures of the house were accurate and was amazed that the pictures do not do the house, amentities and view justice, It is great when you can experience a place that exceeds your expectations. We had a surprise party for my wife at the house and it was simply a wonderful experience. All of us agreed that we need to make this an annual event at Villa Tuscana, we never left the pool, hot tubs and house for the entire weekend. We had everything required to relax, be comfortable and really enjoy an amazing weekend. I cannot say enough about the house, location and view, we are definitely going back!

I rented the Villa Tuscana for a college reunion weekend with a few girlfriends and their spouses. We truly enjoyed the house and the property is beautiful. The weather did not allow us to use the pool or spa, but we did make use of the BBQ, the hot tub, and the fireplace. The views, despite the nasty weather, were still gorgeous as was the interior decor of the house. It is polished, yet comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. I chose this property based on the 20+ reviews already listed above and I do not regret the decision. The reviews were all correct and our experience was no different. We truly wished that we could have stayed longer than the ~3 days, 2 nights and would definitely consider this property again in the future.

I haven't read the previous reviews. However, my family just returned from a long weekend in California and we had the pleasure of finding and renting this property. It was wonderfully clean, breathtakingly beautiful, quiet and restful. When we walked in through the front entrance, it took our breaths away. The pool and deck afforded an amazing view where we enjoyed casual sunsets with plenty of laughter. We ate out locally, visited several nearby vinyards, shared a cooked meal. The kitchen and living area were fully stocked. There was wireless computer access and a big flatscreen television. There were eight of us and we did not feel at all cramped, the place was so spacious. The bedrooms were nicely outfitted and the beds/pillows were fresh with excellent mattresses. The evenings were very quiet, cool and open window sleeping was not a problem - no traffic noise, no noisey neighbors. Very quiet. We found a local market just a short distance from the house with excellent fresh produce, locally grown and all natural. Getting to the house was easy. About 60 min drive, from SFO. We had excellent directions and the address was on our GPS systems. The hosts were always responsive and very customer freindly. In all, a wonderful property, well worth the rent, highly recommended.

Our family (8 of us) visited this home, it was an exceptionally pleasant stay. The house was clean, well furnished, and well kept. The view was breathtaking. We would highly recommend. The area has many attractions. The owner was very helpful in directing us to places to eat and places to visit.

When we walked into Villa Tuscana our first impression was... Wow!! We have rented vacation homes before and never has the actual residence been so much more than the pictures show. We were so impressed by the tasteful decor and all the wonderful amenities provided. With four couples in our group, it is somewhat difficult to find a home that has the privacy we all like. This home suited our needs perfectly. Each couple had a private bath and bedroom. The master bedroom and the cabana were like mini homes in themselves. We all enjoy cooking, so three of the four nights we stayed, we made dinner at home and enjoyed the wonderful wines we discovered during the days wine tours. Thank you Cathy for sharing this wonderful home with us. We had a spectacular time and would recommend your vacation rental to anyone.
