Wonderful Location in a Beautiful Setting - You Can't Go Wrong

We decided to look for a condo in Canmore for my birthday and this one was perfect! With two bedrooms and bathrooms on either side of the condo, it was a great layout - especially when our cousin joined us. The condo is very well-appointed...every time I thought "Oh, I'm going to need to run out for this" - there it was in a cabinet or drawer. The staff that maintain the facility are also outstanding - helpful and friendly way beyond expectation. The pool and hot tub area was also very lovely...a perfect way to relax after a day of activity. It was -20 out and we stilled indulged!

This suite was perfect for our family with two young children. Plenty of space and the kitchenette, BBQ and pool were thoroughly enjoyed. Owner was pleasant and easy to deal with. Only concern is that the hotel see understaffed during our stay, resulting in a room that wasn't ready on time nor as clean as one would expect. These concerns were passed on to both the owner and the management. I do hope this place is kept up as we would love to return and would rent this same suite again.

Service at Belstar resort was very poor; I was first checked into a unit occupied by another family. I was then checked into the unit I rented from VRBO to find it unclean from previous guest filled with garbage, diapers, and empty bottles and left over food around the unit. I called the front desk and they advised there was nothing they could do about the problem and instructed me to call the owner. I was then transferred to another suite in which was smaller than VRBO suite I rented and one shower was broken. Compared to other VRBO experience I rant this at the lowest.

I just completed my trip to Canmore last week and stayed in this unit for 5 nights. The property listing was 100% accurate and as advertised. The owners were accessible and returned calls while staying at the property. The unit is part of Blackstone Mountain lodge which is essentially a hotel. The unit was perfect four our group of 6 adults. The major plus was having a beautiful view of the 3 Sisters Mountain range from the balcony and having a washer and dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay here again on our return trip to Canmore.

I just rented this condo recently.The description is quite proper and it is way nicer when you step in.I do recommend to everyone who likes big mountain condos having a bigger family.

I stayed in this condo with my husband and our three kids fot a week during our summer vacation in 2010. It was pefect. Very clean, spacious and well equiped. Canmore was a great choice. Much less crowded and expensive than Banff, yet close enough to take advantage of all the park has to offer. We enjoyed the restaurants and the Nordic center in Canmore (for mountain biking). There is a great pool and a BBQ area at this building wich we took advantage of. I would strongly recommend renting this condo to anyone who is considering a vacation in the Banff area.

This condo was fantastic. It was in a great location, close to everything yet far enough away from the touristy crowd. There was plenty to do in the area and a number of great restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself had all the amenities and the view was fantastic. The area was quiet in the evening, if we had time we would have loved to enjoy the pool and hottub. My family and I would definately stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortably designed for the four of us. (traveled with my in-laws) The full size kitchen was perfect for us to prepare our meals each day. This was important due to our food preferences. The view from the balcony was a delight. The bedrooms were VERY comfortable. The front desk staff were professional. Really we had no problems except for a mishap with the garage door to the parking area. Our keys couldn't activate the door. The staff was quick to fix it. The condo is also located within a short drive to the town. We would stay here again.

We were in Canmore for my son's wedding. Mark was so very helpful when booking his unit. It was perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. It had everything we could have wanted or needed ....as if we were in our own home. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to book again thru Mark if we wanted to go stay in Canmore. We would highly recommend this to anyone planning a stay in beautiful Canmore.
