Unit 304-B is located on the top floor with a spacious open floor plan and loft. It's been completely renovated with new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a custom made dining room table.
It's 3 bedroom/2 bath, and directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a spacious private balcony and sleeps up to twelve. With full access to the white beaches, sparkling emerald waters and the Florida sunshine, Crystal Sands offers a vacation that keeps you coming back.
For those of you with 12 more in your party, I also own 303-B which is identical to this unit in furnishings, upgrades and layouts.
The unit is laid out with a king size bed in the master suite, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Crystal Sands has an outdoor heated community pool for guests to enjoy. Silver Sands Factory Stores, Destin Commons, and Grand Boulevard are in close proximity and offer the finest in dining and shopping.
There is a $200 deposit and 11% tax.
