Our fabulous beach, Punta Bella, is just a short walk away.
Villa Hermosa, built in 1997, is a 4,000 square foot private vacation home situated on a hillside with fabulous Sea of Cortez views from all rooms & terraces. The home features 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is equipped with individually zoned air conditioning, a water purification system, satellite TV/VCR/DVD, and a CD stereo system with surround sound. The fabulous vaulted ceilings, limestone & tiled floors, and numerous large windows yield a superbly bright and open atmosphere.
Villa Hermosa features a two-level outdoor patio with plenty of room to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean view - . The lower level is very secluded with a wonderful solar heated swimming pool with rock waterfall & beach style entry as well as a very spacious sunbathing area. This level also includes a pool bathroom & outdoor shower. You will marvel at the tropical landscaping & rare exotic plants that surround the home.
All master suites with sliding glass doors & veranda's open up to a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. The perfect spot to watch the whales frolic by with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
Need more room?, Villa Hermosa also has a 3 room casita for an additional 2 guests. This unit features a king pillow top bed, full kitchen, bath and a private deck with that spectacular Sea of Cortez view!

We custom built our vacation home in 1997. We met in Baja, got married on the beach in Baja & built this beautiful second family home in Baja. We enjoy deep sea fishing, beach combing, fine dining & everything the Los Cabos area has to offer. We selected this location for the spectacular views & proximity to both Cabo San Lucas & San Jose Del Cabo. We specifically designed the home and virtually all of the rooms to take advantage of these views. There is nothing more spectacular then watching the sun & the full moon rise over the Sea of Cortez from this home. It is magical & breathtaking and something you will not soon forget!

Wonderful location and perfect time of year to visit! Very quiet and had the beach to ourselves each day! Perfect for 3 couples. Solar wasn't on in the pool due to time of year but we still enjoyed! Loved the layout of everything and it was very easy to cook at home and enjoy the whale watching each day from the patio. Have already sent your listing to friends for a future trip!

Went to Villa Hermosa with 6 of my friends for our vacation and we couldn't have asked for more. The view from the house is simply spectacular, sunrise and moonrise were jaw dropping. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Very quiet neighborhood and very practical location between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. Practically private beach is just a 5 min walk away. Would recommend a car but if you don't feel like driving there, taxis were our transportation and they were very quick. Will definitely recommend this house to all my family and friends.

We stayed at villa hermosa for 4 nights in April and had an absolute blast. The house is gorgeous with stunning views and has all the amenities you could wish for. The location is just about perfect if you want to stay reasonably close to the airport, have amazing ocean views, undisturbed by the highway, and also be close to San Jose del Cabo. We will try to go back soon!

Thanksgiving in Paradise! We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Villa Hermosa. Everything we could ask for was there for us. Long walks on the beach, accessible via a short walk. We would walk to the beach each morning and do our stretching and light exercises and we had the beach all to ourselves each morning. We relaxed poolside each afternoon, the weather was perfect and the stereo playing great music. We Bbq'd almost every evening. The house was well equipped for our stay. Hi Peggy, We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your wonderful villa. The weather was spectacular and the views from the villa were terrific. The location is excellent. Juan Pablo was very gracious and responsive. Thank you for opening your house to us. We got home late last night. Our flight through Chicago was on schedule and without incident. I could write a small book on our trip, but I think it comes down to it was the best, most relaxing vacation I have ever had. We are already working on what we want to do next year. Kassi at ESSV was fantastic with all my questions and booking was a snap. Everyone else, from Hector (driver #1), Pepe (maid service), Ricardo (concierge) and Gabriel (driver #2) were equally fantastic. It was our first time using a villa vs hotel. Peggy Had a wonderful time. We love that area and your home, it works well for multiple couples. We are already trying to figure out when our next trip will be. Just out of curiosity, what does a home like yours go for down there. Some day my wife and I would like to spend more time in that area an we've been spoiled by staying at Cerro Colorado. Yes Andres met us at the house and asked us if we needed anything.
