Left on 05/08/2012 for a stay in April 2012 This is a great home with beautiful views centrally located on the Corridor between the Cabos (San Jose and San Lucas), with great golf, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. From the multiple decks (all bedrooms/living areas/pool face the water) we were treated to whales/dolphins jumping and fireworks displays from nearby resorts. The owner/property manager went above and beyond to make our stay delightful and memorable, and the ladies who are available to cook on-site made delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Each bedroom has it's own bath which allowed three couples to enjoy each other's company, while providing privacy and quiet space for all. The only caveat is that the home in built into the side of a steep hill, so there are lots of steps from street level to top floor which means you get a bit of a work out transporting luggage, groceries, golf clubs, etc., but it's all worth it when you get to the top. In short, we can't wait to go back soon!

Peggy We had a wonderful time in Los Cabos...the villa was beautiful and the weather was perfect. The photos of the villa didn't do it justice. We're home now and absolutely miss the view and the laid back cumfort of your home. Definitely something we would want to do again. Mark

Wonderful location and perfect time of year to visit! Very quiet and had the beach to ourselves each day! Perfect for 3 couples. Solar wasn't on in the pool due to time of year but we still enjoyed! Loved the layout of everything and it was very easy to cook at home and enjoy the whale watching each day from the patio. Have already sent your listing to friends for a future trip!

Went to Villa Hermosa with 6 of my friends for our vacation and we couldn't have asked for more. The view from the house is simply spectacular, sunrise and moonrise were jaw dropping. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Very quiet neighborhood and very practical location between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. Practically private beach is just a 5 min walk away. Would recommend a car but if you don't feel like driving there, taxis were our transportation and they were very quick. Will definitely recommend this house to all my family and friends.

We stayed at villa hermosa for 4 nights in April and had an absolute blast. The house is gorgeous with stunning views and has all the amenities you could wish for. The location is just about perfect if you want to stay reasonably close to the airport, have amazing ocean views, undisturbed by the highway, and also be close to San Jose del Cabo. We will try to go back soon!

Hi Peggy, We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your wonderful villa. The weather was spectacular and the views from the villa were terrific. The location is excellent. Juan Pablo was very gracious and responsive. Thank you for opening your house to us. We got home late last night. Our flight through Chicago was on schedule and without incident. WE LOVED IT!!!! it was soo gorgeous we hardly left the villa we went out a few times but we loved relaxing by the pool and BBQing we want to go back next year!!!!!!!

Had a wonderful family vacation at this home! Did not want to leave....heaven on earth! big comfy king beds, spectacular sunrises each morning, my skin loved the salt water pool, the kids loved the shallow end for dipping, outdoor shower was a hit with the teenagers coming up from the beach each day. the view.....what a view, miss it, we will return again ....thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Peggy Had a wonderful time. We love that area and your home, it works well for multiple couples. We are already trying to figure out when our next trip will be. Just out of curiosity, what does a home like yours go for down there. Some day my wife and I would like to spend more time in that area an we've been spoiled by staying at Cerro Colorado. Yes Andres met us at the house and asked us if we needed anything.

I could write a small book on our trip, but I think it comes down to it was the best, most relaxing vacation I have ever had. We are already working on what we want to do next year. Kassi at ESSV was fantastic with all my questions and booking was a snap. Everyone else, from Hector (driver #1), Pepe (maid service), Ricardo (concierge) and Gabriel (driver #2) were equally fantastic. It was our first time using a villa vs hotel. Thanksgiving in Paradise! We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Villa Hermosa. Everything we could ask for was there for us. Long walks on the beach, accessible via a short walk. We would walk to the beach each morning and do our stretching and light exercises and we had the beach all to ourselves each morning. We relaxed poolside each afternoon, the weather was perfect and the stereo playing great music. We Bbq'd almost every evening. The house was well equipped for our stay.
