An open kitchen sets the stage for gourmet affairs, while your great room flows into a generous lanai for evening gatherings. At the end of a long day, step into your walk-in shower and soothe your cares away.

This professionally decorated Villa can accommodate up to six people comfortably. This 2 story villa features 3 bedrooms, two and half baths, one cover garage + driveway for an additional vehicle. This unit includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, range, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. All non-stick cooking utensils, bake wares, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster and blender are also included. Our luxurious living area and dinning area are tastefully decorated with a beautiful island theme.

The 3 bedrooms include: 1 King size bed, 1 Queen Size bed and 2 twin beds. Each one of the bedrooms is beautifully decorated with elegant beddings, plasma TV's, DVD players, and alarm clocks, plus one additional plasma TV in the living room.
It includes a front load washer and dryer; full set of linens and towels.
All utilities included: electricity, water, cable, high speed Internet, free local and long distance phone calls.

The Hillside Community includes amenities such as a beautiful pool, whirlpool spa and BBQ grills for your family and guests.

  • Our family had a very enjoyable experience renting this villa. The villa was very modern, clean and comfortable. The grounds were immaculately maintained and the property was very close to the amenities of the Ko Olina resort and lagoons. It was a very relaxing setting. The owners were very accommodating and helped us with answers/recommendations to our questions. In fact, they went above and beyond with their willingness to bring us a spare key to gain entrance to the villa late on a Friday night during a power outage (we did not have our key with us). Thanks Derwin and Maria! We definitely would recommend this property and should we ever make it back to Oahu, we would stay there again. The Winters Family Chaska MN

  • My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week and were very impressed. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking great meals. There were ample towels for home and beach, beds were great and they supplied nice snorkeling gear. We'd stay there again and highly recommend it.

  • We had a great time at this town home!!! It was absolutely comfortable, relaxing and clean...We stayed out here for a local hula competition that was right down the road at the hotel. Rather than paying the expensive prices, we opted for renting this vacation home, so that we could cook & have a lot more space! Everything was perfect and we had no problems whatsoever. We even had a chance to utilize the pool, which was clean and very close by. We walked over with ease! I am a frequent visitor to vrbo and have traveled quite a bit to different places...I truly am a very satisfied renter & know that you will be, too!! Thank you, Maria for being such a great person to communicate with and make this rental so easy.

  • We had an amazing week. The condo was just as described - luxurious. Bedrooms are very spacious and we had plenty of room for all seven of us. The amenities are fabulous and the owner has snorkel gear, beach chairs, and sand toys available to use. The resort area is beautiful and easily accessable. You can't beat the price for the quality anywhere in Honolulu. We will definitely stay here again.

  • We just came back from spending a week in this property and it far exceeded our expectations. It is first class all the way. We had 7 people in our party, from 2 to 80 years old and there was more than enough room for all. The furnishings looked brand new, the kitchen was exactly as pictured. The unit was spotlessly clean throughout. All the bedrooms are a good size but the master bedroom was especially large, more than enough room for a cot for the 2 year old. The owner has thoughtfully provided beach toys including snorkel gear and "boogie boards". I would definitely recommend this property and I hope I have a chance to stay there again.
