Just a great condo, nicely decorated, comfortable and well taken care of. You will be hard pressed to beat the view from this unit. All dealings with the owner were simple and timely as well as check in and check out. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

We have been vacationing on Marco Island for over twenty years and have stayed at the South Seas complex numerous times. We have always enjoyed our stays. This particular stay was exceptional. This unit has both an outstanding view of the beach from an upper floor and is very well furnished. The kitchen is completely remodeled with granite counters, great appliances and all of the features that you can imagine. The furniture is impeccable. Everything that you need is in this two bedroom, two bath condo including Wi-Fi, three flat screen TV’s, great sound system, towels, beach chairs, comfortable beds, and lounge furniture on the balcony. The check-in and check-out is very convenient.This is perhaps the best value for a high end beachfront stay on Marco Island! Don’t bother looking elsewhere; this is the place to stay! As in the past years, we plan on staying on Marco Island for at least a few weeks this upcoming year. By far, this rental will be our first choice!
