Stayed at this condo Dec. 10-17, 2011, with my wife and 18 month old daughter - fantastic. Dave was helpful prior to our arrival and maintains a clean up to date condo in a complex right on the beach. Our walk from condo to sandy shell filled beach was along a sidewalk lined with palm trees and took about 1 minute. Would stay here again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My two daughters, granddaughters, and I have just returned from another great week in Sanibel. There is absolutely nothing misleading about this listing. Everything is as stated and more! Great views, great amenities, great weather! I have rented this unit before and will recommend (and do) this property to everyone I know! Loggerhead Condo

My mother and sister and I had another fantastic week in Sanibel. The condo was perfect, the weather was fantastic along with the restaurants. We will be returning in September. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Loggerhead. The condo is very convenient to the pool and beach. Lynn Pittsburgh

The condo was perfect for our family of six. Our four kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach. We loved the convenience of the condo to the causeway, you avoid all weekend traffic; we loved the convenience of the pool to the condo - easy to run up for lunch; we loved the convenience of the condo to the beach. We didn't have to haul all of our beach gear very far! The bathrooms and kitchen were all updated nicely and were clean. We would rent again!

We loved the condo. The location is great - steps from the beach and pool. The layout of the unit is perfect for a family - plenty of space for everyone.

The condo was very clean with everything my family of four needed to have a great stay! The condo was on the beach and the owners provided beach charis and umbrella! The owners made our stay perfect! We will be back as soon as we can!

Terrific Rental with Ease of Booking

What a wonderful experience. We walked into a a beautiful condo and received a call from the owner to make sure everything was fine. When's the last time you rented and that happened!!!??!! Everything was perfect, clean and stylish, right on the beach, the kids loved the pool and shuffle board and Sanibel is like no other place in Florida, just beautiful with tons of nature and great bike paths. The jaccuzi was a treat! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks Dave, for all the ease of planning the rental and providing guidance to the places not to miss on Sanibel.

Sanibel Vacation

Once again my stay in Sanibel and the Condo was fantastic. The weather was perfect along with the beach and pool. The Condo is fantastic and feels like home.Will be returning in May 2011.

This is my 4th stay at this condo and enjoyed every minute in Sanibel. However this time I discovered the chairs on the Lanai were dirty and there was a quarter size hole in the screen. Whoever was in the Condo prior did not leave it very neat. I feel whoever stays in the Condo's in Sanibel should have respect and treat the Condo as if it were your home. I definitely will return to this Condo in the near future and would recommend this Condo whoever visits Sanibel. It is very accessible to the pool and beach !!!!!

Sanibel Vacation

The condo was as advertised, which means it was GREAT! Great on the inside & great location. We had a wonderful time. Dave was super to work with. We picked this location over another because of all the wonderful reviews it had gotten, so glad we did.

This condo was well maintained and they thought of everything including paper products and laundry products! We were also able to use chairs, umbrella and sand toys. I would stay here again! There is a short walk to the beach, the property is well maintained and quiet. The beach is very natural with lots of shells and the pool was wonderful. I can't think of anything I would have changed!

Dave, your condo is fantastic! The location can't be beat - easy on and off the island, nearby the DQ (yum!) and walking distance to wonderful shops and eating establishments. You thought of everything inside your wonderfully furnished condo, right down to the can opener and ironing board! Our family had the best time in the huge pool, and to be able to walk to the Gulf water in less than 100 steps was simply amazing! IF you want to stay someplace top-of-the-line, with an owner who goes out of his way to make your stay something special, you must consider staying with Dave here at Loggerhead. You will not be disappointed! Thanks so much Dave - we'll be back, again and again and again!!

This vacation condo has everything one could wish for -- it's lovely, spacious, and well-appointed. The beach is just beautiful, and the apartment was so welcoming after a long day of fun in the sun. The owners were also very helpful in ensuring we had a pleasant stay -- they left suggestions for restaurants, things to do, and great instructions for just about everything in the apartment! We truly enjoyed our stay, and definitely plan on coming back again!

David, My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at your Sanibel Island Condo. The beach was only 300 yards way from the back of the condo. The pool less than 150 yards. The tennis courts were good as well. The condo was spacious and decorated nicely. The check in and check out were smooth. We would recommend you to anyone considering Sanibel Island. The Balser Family

Dave G. was super helpful with working out a last minute stay with quick communication via phone and email. He gave us directions through Yahoo Maps and tourist info that gave us a trip free of any technical problems. The condo was only a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. Dave left beach chairs and an umbrella out for us too. We brought food, and the condo had everything we needed in it for cooking and dining. You can probably find a condo with a better view of the ocean, but the hot tub more than made up for this. We enjoyed our honeymoon here. Thanks for all of your help Dave!
