Located one lot back from the oceanfront, this quaint 'cottage' has been completely remodeled and renovated. You will enjoy the NEW 4 person HOT TUB, hours on the screened porch, or a cozy winter evening in from of the fireplace.
The living room is very comfortably furnished with a gas fireplace (available late fall and winter only), TV, DVD, stereo with CD player,and ceiling fan. A separate dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a stack washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and the cutest 'little' half bath you have ever seen. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and a NEW TV.
Additional amenities include central AC and Heat, phone, a large enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, a wheelchair ramp, and handicap grab bars. Dogs Welcome. No Smoking, please. Beds: 2 queens.
