This condo has one of the few wide panoramic views of the ocean in this resort. The elevation of the lanai above the buildings and off of the ground floor allows for this spectacular vista that even an ocean front condo does not normally have. This condo occupies three floors and there are two bedrooms with full baths on the second floor of the condo and a third bedroom on the next level.
The condo is actually situated on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. It is also located right over the pool and the second bedroom has a mountain view. Being on the South Point of Kauai and being elevated so high, this condo enjoys great sea breezes year round. We have phones in the second floor bedrooms and the kitchen. There is also an answering machine. We have a hot water heat pump that heats the water and provides air conditioning in the kitchen when the showers, washer, or the dishwasher are being used.
We have a supply of DVD's in the living room and have an LCD TV in the master bedroom and a smaller TV in the 2nd bedroom. We have an HP printer/copier.
Whales can be seen traversing the ocean right from the living room sofa and kitchen. The whales are often heard throughout the night. Mothers and their calves will stay close to shore and this offers great views. You can go down to the lookout point right on the property to see these whales and Honu or sea turtles.

Cooking Utensils Provided: There are glass bakeware sets, Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, and place settings for at least 8 people

Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: This gas grill is provided by the association near the parking lot.

Ocean View: While there is a building in front of the condo on the ocean front, it does not block the view of the whales, sunsets, rainbows. This unit is directly over the pool and has a lovely garden view along with the ocean view.
