Free Concierge? Are you kidding me? The Concierge is free but you will need to pay for services that they line up for you, of course. Need your grocery shopping done before your arrival. No Problem! Simply pay for cost of groceries plus $15 dollars. This is not a typo! Please contact our office for other free services which include but are not limited to airport pickup, car rentals, dining reservations, reservations for water activities, and so on.
Views from both sides of the condo offer the beautiful turquoise water of the Caribbean Ocean and the Nichupte Lagoon. The Private elevator takes you directly into the living area of your private luxurious condo situated next door to the Westin Regina Hotel on the quiet end of the hotel strip in Cancun and only 8 minutes from the international airport.
This luxurious NEW condo has 3 bedrooms plus 4th bedroom or maids quarters. The complete kitchen is ready for your gourmet dining or relaxed snacking.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The other two bedrooms each have full size beds (2 in each room) and a shared bath. The maid's quarters has a bunk bed set up and another bath. Also, there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room for a maximum sleeping capacity of 8 to 12 people.
The GOOD NEIGHBOR home automated system allows you to order movie tickets, make restaurant reservations, have your car brought up, order pizza, all from the convenience panel in your kitchen. There is also a built in Concierge which is free with your stay.
The Lahia Luxury Residence is complemented with a luxury full Service Spa, Equipped Gym, infinity swimming pool and the white sandy beach of the Caribbean Ocean. Amenities so luxurious you may want to skip the restaurants & night clubs. Shopping conveniently located nearby: convenience stores, pharmacies and banks .
There is an on site Sky Gymn and Spa located on the 18th floor overlooking the Caribbean water. It also has a Raquetball court in the Sky Gym with a Glass Wall towards the Lagoon view. Amazing!
