Conveniently located on the East side of the lake, you are just steps from your own private dock! You are close as well to Hwy 107 for day trips to Cashiers, Highlands and local area attractions.
This beautifully furnished home has an additional apartment housing another bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and living room over the garage. Other amenities in the main house include a billiards table, a/c, wifi, great decks that run the length of the house to enjoy the sunset and a canoe for those lazy afternoons on the lake.

We are a short drive to both Cashiers and Highlands where you will find great antiquing, restaurants and shops. The area is often referred to as "the land of waterfalls", five of which feed Lake Glenville situated at 3542 feet above sea level with 26 miles of shoreline and pristine mountain lake waters.

Why the Owner Chose Glenville:
My wife and I decided to buy a home in this area because these were the closest mountains to where we lived in Florida. Specifically Lake Glenville has the highest water quality of any lake in North Carolina. Cool summers, mountains and a pristine lake - what a combination. Also the east side of the lake is so close to Cashiers.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Water sports and the lake in general provide hours of good wholesome fun for the entire family. The kids are always on the go on the lake and have developed many summer friendships as a result.
