Such a cheery hello, Mrs. Kennington. What a lovely home you have. I had concerns but we had no trouble going thru gate and was glad I had the letter you had mailed me. House is in excellent condition. I love everything. Remembered to get chicken backs for crab traps. We caught crabs! The lite at end of the dock is out just for your info. Didn't bother us at all. May I ask you about the duvet cover in the master? I'm in the market for one and can only find ones that need dry cleaning. Also, where did you find such nice lamps? From the entrance to the nice furnishing, to the comfortable bedding, to hand soap, to a well stocked kitchen and an ice maker, we thank you. Appreciate the extras to make feel like a home. Thank you for sharing this home. Jill

Charlotte, We returned yesterday from Avocet, and loved our time there. The house is great and we had a great week. You have a great beach house. The canal was plenty deep for my other boat. We went fishing most every day and caught trout, flounder, pompano, blue and more. The skipjack (ladyfish) were fun to catch as were the catfish. We went to Little St. George twice and walked and caught crabs, we caught 3 in the trap on the dock. We had broiled fish for lunch, fried for dinner and boiled crab on Thursday evening. The beaches short walk was great using the beach cart. We brought 3 bikes and used one of yours and rode to the pool twice, it was great. The area under the house was great to cool off when returning from fishing or the beach, we really liked the fan. Ohh, yes we bought a room fan for our room after using the two in the master, my wife had to have one. Many thanks for the great time we had there this week. We will be return customers! Many Blessings, Mitch

This home is dedicated to the memory of my youngest son, John Faulk Kennington. I hope when you come and visit the Island that you will enjoy it and love it as much as he did. Charlotte Faulk Kennington
