Our 2nd floor ocean-view property is located on the corner of Orchid Road & Ocean Avenue, 1 short block from the beach and 4 blocks from the bay at Sunset Lake. Everything you could want in a 3 bedroom condominium at the Jersey shore. You'll be pleasantly surprised by all the extras and special touches!
Additional information: Master bedroom has new brass queen-size bed with private full bathroom; two additional bedrooms have two new twin beds, and a new bunk bed set, plus another full hallway bathroom. For extra sleeping accommodations, the living room area has a new microfiber sectional queen-size sleeper sofa. New sturdy beautiful glass and metal dining room set (six comfy chairs) with matching bar stools (two) for extra seating. New flatscreen 30 inch TV with DVD/VHS, and stereo system; and TV sets in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Two garage-covered assigned-parking spaces on ground floor, along with personal locked storage closet for easy access to our beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, rollerblades, and cooler, etc., so you do not have to bring your own!! Blankets, and pillows are provided, but you must provide your own bath towels, sheets, and beach towels.
