Accommodations:  House, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 2-5)

Click on calendar for availability before contacting owner. All information is up to date. Enchanting 6 room, fully furnished home situated on Sunset Point 1 mile from Nantasket beach. This house is as cozy and charming as a home can get. This is not your typical rental.

This is my personal home and a career change has made it so that I cannot come back East summers and enjoy my enchanting cottage by the sea until I get situated for a while in my new position out in Arizona!

The home is personally decorated, with fabulous views throughout. There are many charming touches to this home, including professional artist faux painting with a seaside theme on walls throughout different areas of the home. The gardens are delightful with the hydrangeas throughout the yard displaying a rainbow of colors during peak flowering season.

There are 2 bedrooms (master with a queen size bed and double in the second bedroom). The bedrooms master bath and laundry are on the second level, and the 1/2 bath on the first level.

There is also a den which has an additional portable single bed. The kitchen was designed by Kitchen Concepts of Norwell and has beautiful granite counter tops, with a whimsical hand painted backsplash of sea life.

This is a perfect spot for enjoying the summer months, watching the boats go buy, or going to Nantasket Beach which is 1 mile from the house. You can also enjoy, kayaking, rafting and swimming in the water directly off your own personal dock. A mooring is also available directly out from the dock if you have a boat. The commuter boat to Boston or Logan Airport is a 15 minute drive from the house. Enjoy wonderful restaurants scattered throughout Hull, Hingham and Cohasset. Please inquire about pets. Historic sights, attractions, restaurants, and recreation abound. Close to historic Plymouth, nestled among quaint towns with a wide assortment of restaurants, activities, attractions, antique shops and amazing sunsets.

Little did we know we would find it half an hour from home. We wouldn’t be surprised if we wound up moving to Sunset Point in Hull. It was just fantastic.

  • This cottage is indeed "Enchanted"! There is everything one could want in a vacation home away from home. The home includes a beautiful modern kitchen, confortable bedrooms,a home office with internet access, lovely living room and dining room with full bay views and a porch facing the water where one can spend hours reading or watching the events on the bay. This is a place I hope to revisit again and again. With easy access to Boston, the beach and lots of other lovely towns, one can never be bored. This owner has done a fantastic job at making her home a home for all of us. Don't miss it!!

  • My family loved staying in this enchanting cottage by the sea! The water views were magnificent especially the ones from the master bedroom. To wake up and see all the sailboats on the water was terrific. The interior of this cottage could be featured in a magazine! It is so bright and inviting, and it had everything we needed If you are planning to visit Hull, this is the place to stay!

  • We spent the month of July at this cottage on the sea. This is the owner’s home and is not your typical rental property. The home is fully furnished and looks like a photo shoot from Better Home and Gardens. We woke up each morning to the sound of water lapping the shore. We were able to launch our kayaks right off the dock into the bay. The gourmet kitchen was fully equipped. Nantasket beach is about a 20 minute walk. We had such a great time we are renting again next summer. You will love this rental! Highly recommended!!

  • Our stay in Nancy's cottage by the sea was such a treat. The cottage decor is straight out of the Coastal Living magazine...lovely, inviting and bright. She has the home equiped with everything you could possibly need. There are water views from every window. The accomodations were 5 star!!!! We cannot wait for our next visit.
